Big companies with a lot of employees find sometime that it’s cheaper and easier to create a custom platform that integrates with other software they use, than to pay a monthly fee for an online platform. That’s why for Marelvi we built a full fledged a project management system.

the feedback received from users, the time of using and accessing the platform, efficiency in communication and on projects

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We collaborated extremely well. They responded promptly to our requests and questions, came with suggestions and proposals, the functionalities were delivered on time, there were too few bugs and each time they were resolved in a timely manner, they did training for the employees and stayed at disposition after implementation for questions, optimizations, checks. Communication and interaction with them was very efficient

the involvement, the availability, the ambition to optimize and deliver a product updated to the current technology, the suggestions and ideas that complemented very well the solution we were thinking of initially

maybe the design part, but we worked closely with our own marketing and I cannot say with certainty that the result would not have been as good if we had only worked with them in this segment

At the beggining we didn`t have very specific requirement, because we ourselves didn`t know how we wanted to look everything, but they were always focused to understand our needs. Also, they always propose solutions very oriented to out business stage. 

I`m not sure I respoded very well to this question, but what we can tell for sure is that they are a very hard working team.

We got very good feedback from our customers.

We worked on an agile methodoly. They delivered items on time as we agreed. Also, they communicated very well with us> for example: If we asked a change in the middle of the process they told us how much they will have to divagate, and how this will affect the deadline, also the costs.

We are quite impressed with their willingness to listen to us and do everything that they could to please us. For example: not all the time we knew what we wanted, but they presented the alternatives that we have for the buget that we had.

To be more confident in their work, because they are so involved and they deserve to enjoy their results.

Software for the operation of Minutes of detection and sanctioning of contraventions issued by the local police and the creation of Activity Reports. Improving performance, streamlining the process of carrying out activities. Realization of a process with professionally collected and processed input data.

They were selected by the procurement department.

The program was created based on a specification. The program was tested and implemented according to the needs of the local police. The program generates all kinds of reports necessary to analyze the management's activity. The program is installed on a server where it can be accessed from computers or smartphones.

3 people, the administrator and 2 IT professionals

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

YES. The program generates all kinds of reports depending on the entered data. The data are necessary for analyzing the activity and correcting any deficiencies

The management style is very good. They were very responsive to changes we requested over the phone or face to face. Where it was the case, they also came up with proposals for an easier and more logical use.

The professionalism they showed.

upVolt gives a Second Life to used Li-Ion vehicle batteries. Batteries can be repaired, refabricated and reused in stationary applications like powerbank and solar storage. My task was to have an order management tool ready and integrate it into our accounting solution Bexio.

Sending our invoices from Fixably to our accounting system Bexio. The goal was an automated process to keep the accounting always up to date.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found it because a fried already worked with them and we saw the result which was good and affordable for a young company like us.

Invoice creation over API (including order lines, notes, contact details, order title) and payment matching when an order was marked as paid in Fixably it will be also marked as paid in Bexio.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The goal was acheived and invoices are brought to our accounting each time an order gets charges/invoiced. Also important information for our customers are visible on the invoiced what gives great value.

We had a first video call to discuss the requirements. Later on Bogdan proviced a highly professional agreeement which was signed by both parties. This gave us a clear understanding what was needed and very soon many functions were already implemented and ready to be tested. We used Telegram, Mail and Nextcloud shared documents for our communication.

They provided fast answers and solutions and showcased endurance to work with complex situations.

We had serious data entry problems because we documented everything manually, and or legacy business management solution was unstable. As a result, we hired this team to develop a custom solution that could handle our needs. Our goal was to have a scalable solution to help us track and automise the renting process.

We found them through a partner and considered them a results-driven partner fit for our project who is committed to provide customer support.

We first started with a already existed application and went through a series of customisation an optimisations.

There was 1 senior developer / project manager in the team. Other resources would come and go depending on the project needs.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to launch the project. Their team performed well that we decided to continue working with them to maintain the solution.

The project management was great, especially compared to other vendors we've worked with. They regularly met deadlines, and we never had unexpected turnovers. We communicated via Slake, Jira and GitHub.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had direct access to the whole team with almost 24/7 support, making it easier to communicate our ideas and issues.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

While the quality of work was great, they could have been more precise in terms of code review to avoid having errors. I've told the project manager, and their team is working on this, now.
