Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the COO of Business Box in the Middle East. It’s a marketing company for the medical and pharmaceutical sectors.

What challenge were you trying to address with cs-aspirations?

We needed web design and digital marketing solutions.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

cs-aspirations started with marketing research for the products and services of our clients, followed by marketing and branding strategy. After this, we moved on to creating both online and offline marketing solutions. For the online side, we’re doing websites with cs-aspirations according to our client’s needs and overall solutions from web development, Google Ads, social media campaigns, offline marketing campaigns (billboards), events management, and more. We also have a media generation plan for videos, animations, and graphics.

We give cs-aspirations the branding guidelines to create the websites from scratch according to our client’s needs. We’ve made two or three websites with them, including our own, and we’ve also done SEO with them.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with nine people from their marketing department. This included their account manager, branding manager, two graphic designers, and web developers. 

How did you come to work with cs-aspirations?

One of my colleagues referred them to me.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent around $6,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in December 2017, and we’re still collaborating.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Their team needs data and articles that we haven’t provided on time, so the SEO work isn’t doing very well. What I can say is that we’re getting more traffic, but our rankings aren’t great — we’re not satisfied with their work yet.

How did cs-aspirations perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate through WhatsApp, and we use Trello to keep track of their work. They usually deliver projects late and take a while to give us admin access to the websites.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their teamwork is excellent; they’re active with us and never complain about our requests.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Having a project management platform in place would be better for them and us as well.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It would help if you had a fixed timeline to ensure your project gets delivered on time. Also, be clear on who is responsible for the branding work.

I'm GM of MCFP we are producing NPK & especially fertilizers, established in Amman, Jordan since 1991, and supplying to 44 countries worldwide.

we got three offers, meeting all, see samples, discuss scope of supply, etc. then decide.
