The team took on four parallel workstreams. The website was redesigned and redeveloped for performance, responsiveness, and maintainability. The API was refactored and extended to support new business logic and improved reliability. Several third-party integrations were rebuilt or added from scratch. Most importantly, our internal HR system — a custom-built tool critical to daily operations — received a substantial feature expansion, including new modules for employee management, request workflows, and reporting. All deliverables were documented and handed over with clean codebases.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website load time improved noticeably post-launch. API response times dropped after the refactoring. Third-party integrations that previously required manual workarounds now run fully automated. On the HR system side, the new features reduced internal administrative overhead by a significant margin — tasks that previously took hours are now handled in minutes.
