I just started my own e-commerce clothing company am the owner. I have worked in the clothing industry, but was faced with a new challenge starting my own brand.

As a new company I needed to get more attention through traffic to my website. I know they have experience with e-commerce advertising and I needed their help attracting more business.

I searched through local companies and picked what I felt like was the best fit for me. I read only good reviews steering me in their direction. They seemed professional, trustworthy, and honest from my first impression. I found I was right, they were those things and then some

After a few meetings discussing my goals of growth and ideas on how to make that happen, we came up with a plan. They began setting up my online advertising campaign. They manage my PPC accounts and constantly check in with me to make sure we are using the right keywords. This is what I was looking for and helped me grow my online presence and get more attention to my website.

I initially chatted with Charlie who is the president, but then I began to work with Garrett. He is in charge of actively managing my PPC account.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

My monthly impressions rose to on average around 8,000 impressions and 350 clicks. I was thoroughly happy with these results. I began to get an increase of online orders from my website.

The initial set up process was very easy and smooth. We now have monthly calls discussing the results.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I have found most impressive the team's transparency at all times within their own team and with me. They gave constant updates on what they were working on and always made time to send me progress reports.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They did a great job, nothing to improve on.

I work for an independent physicians association. We act as the middle person between the healthcare provider, member, and the insurance company. We handle things such as claims, customer service, and authorization. I’m the marketing manager.

We brought them on to help with rebranding and reputation management. Our company used to operate under a different name and had a bad reputation until our new CEO purchased it. After changing our name and restructuring, we needed help promoting a better image of our company.

They helped us remove bad press and improve our SEO. They also helped us with getting Google Reviews. Their work also includes PPC management – we mostly focus on Google Ads with them. Their team helps us grow digitally by targeting specific geographic regions and desired keywords.

We spend about $300 per month on their services, not including our PPC ad budgets.

We started working with them in early-2019, and our relationship with them is ongoing.

As a result of their work, we now have 60 reviews on Google and an average of 5-stars. We’ve also gained more new members as a result of our ad campaigns and improved reputation. 

How did CRP Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed very well. They always deliver on time or early. We meet every two weeks to go over our SEO and website metrics. I can text or email Charlie if I need something urgently, and he always answers.

Their knowledge of SEO is impressive. I like that I can rely on their expertise. Their client management skills are also excellent.

No, I have no complaints.

Have an idea of what you want and make sure to ask questions if there’s something you don’t understand.

I am the Founder & CEO of Chromeworks, Inc., headquarted in Chico, California. We manufacture partial dentures & full dentures for the dental lab industry.

For what projects/services did your company hire CRP Marketing?

With rapid changes happening in the dental lab industry, we wanted to find someone who could get us a lot of exposure in a unique B2B industry. We ultimately decided to hire CRP Marketing to head out entire digital marketing strategy.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase our exposure in the dental lab industry. We knew we had a great product, reputation, and customer service, but with dental labs going out of business left and right, we needed to capitalize on our brand awareness.

How did you select this vendor?

We conducted a search for local marketing agencies and after interviewing a few, we ultimately decided to go with CRP Marketing due to the professionalism, affordable rates, and success that they had demonstrated in the past.

After selecting CRP Marketing, we had several meetings to ensure that they understood the uniqueness of our industry, as well as our goals and expectations.

After the initial meetings, CRP Marketing created a digital marketing plan with an emphasis on Pay-Per-Click Advertising through Google Ads. We have seen tremendous success with this since we began working with CRP. They were conscious of our budget and receiving of our industry insights, and we have seen nothing but great results since we started with them.

I've mostly worked directly with the President of the company, with occasional meetings in the beginning processes with one of their in-house strategists.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

When we began working with them, we immediately noticed an increase in phone calls, as well as a significant increase in website inquiries and traffic. This past year, we have seen an 8% company-wide growth, which I attribute mostly to the great work that CRP Marketing has done for us.

They have been extremely responsive and on top of their game. I have nothing but good things to say about the timeliness of their work. The company has also been very accommodating to any minor changes without adding on excessive fees.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was very impressed with their ability to adapt to such a unique industry. We've worked with many marketing agencies since the company began 35 years ago, and their ability to adjust their marketing techniques to any industry blew me away. It was very apparent that they did their research on the company and industry, and produced a marketing plan that has generated excellent results.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not off the top of my head. I cannot recall any areas that I have been dissatisfied with up to this point, they have gone above and beyond our expectations.

I knew Charlie as a friend of the family, so he was already someone I trusted. He’d done some marketing work for a local business and had really good results, so I decided to give him a shot.

We’re getting calls every day from people who say they found us on Google. Sometimes, people tell us we’re the only instrument repair shop in Chico that pops up. Everything that CRP Marketing does on Google has been good.

How did CRP Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Charlie is more responsive than I am over email. We get monthly reports about how the campaigns are doing, including some recommendations about how to improve keyword performance and what to try next. It’s a great way to stay in touch.

What did you find most impressive about them?

CRP Marketing seems genuinely interested in our business. They ask us about our mentality to approach certain things and how we differ from similar shops. Their approach is specifically catered to our shop, which I appreciate.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don't think so. We were so impressed with their work that we have Charlie’s business cards out on our shelf.

Listen to his advice—it’s proven to work for us. We had an idea going in on how we wanted to do our marketing, and Charlie suggested that we try his way instead, and it’s been great. Trust what he has to say, and you won't be disappointed.

I hired this company from Upwork. Charlie had the creditionals I was looking for and he was very efficent at addressing my needs for this project.

The ads are currently in process of approval, so there is no current meaurable outcome.
