Here’s why: When you're coming in with your own customizations, no partner is going to immediately understand your requirements perfectly. There’s always a process of trial and error. But what sets CRM Masters apart is simple, effective communication. They set up a WhatsApp group so we could talk through everything in real time. If I reported a bug at 5pm and said it was urgent — it was fixed right away. No need to schedule Zoom calls, Calendly invites, or back-and-forth emails like with other partners. That kind of system might work if you’re a large enterprise working on one narrow feature, but for hands-on, 360-degree support, CRM Masters just put in the work until you’re happy. Big shout out to Mrinal, Sameer, and Ankit — they never once said “this can’t be done.” Always a workaround, always a solution. Highly recommended.
