I am Purchasing Assistant in Emirates Stars Hospitality Group Dubai&Sharjah, UAE. We are group of 3 Hotels & Hotel Apartments comprises with luxurious one & two bedroom Apartments with good rates and clean environment.

We were looking to build an international brand identify for our hospitality group. To advertise our new launch portal of shisha signage supply & fixing along with the way vision sticker our company hired crimson Blue Creations Advertising & Events.

Our goal is to provide a quality and state of the art entertainment to the community of all ages.

I send an inquiry to the advertising agencies in our area and compiled a list of 4 based on the case studies. We contacted each company and collected their initial picthes. Took some references cross checked with those companies and get a good comment .

Finally We select this vendor based on their quality of the final proposal and their willingness to work as a member of our team on the creative aspects.

I’m a human resources manager at Kibsons International LLC, an e-commerce grocery delivery company for customers across UAE.

We were looking for promotional items, such as gifts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They help us with promotional items and printing. We give them the ideas and they come back with the designs we want. They handle the printing of aprons and t-shirts — it’s mostly fabric promotional gifts. We’re still working together but things are a bit slower with the pandemic.

We started working together in October 2018 and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They always honor our requests and deliver quality work on time. They have great customer service. I’d give them a perfect score. I’ve worked with them on 2–3 projects and everything has turned out good. 

How did Crimson Blue Creations Advertising & Events perform from a project management standpoint?

They meet deadlines. One time, when there were some production hiccups from their end, they provided all the material at the location where the event was taking place on time. It was a last-minute delivery but they made sure that our event didn’t get spoiled by late delivery or no delivery. They’re responsible and have good customer service.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They always try to understand our requirements. They don’t want to let customers go. If there’s a pricing issue or quality issue, they work on it and come back with new options or suggestions. They’re professional and understand what customer service is all about.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s always room for improvement but I haven’t noticed anything.

They’re a good, reliable company.

Their service is very good. They delivered on time. They contacted us regularly for the job. I gave them a chance and they’ve done nicely. We stopped with them since COVID-19 but we’ll give them more work in the future.
