As Second Life, we tasked Criclabs with revamping our website to give it a more professional and user-friendly look. We asked them to migrate all our current content seamlessly to the new design while preserving the SEO work we had done to maintain our search engine rankings. Additionally, we were looking for a content management system that would be easy for us to use in the future, so we requested Criclabs to implement one that allowed for straightforward updates and management.

They had great project management and communicated any shifts in timelines as needed, and accommodated the client if information was not available. They were also able to incorporate customer feedback very well, taking good inspiration from UI/UX requirements for the look and feel of the website and interactiveness. They also needed minimal input from the client, and were able to reach the end result 90% of the way themselves.

The partnership with CricLabs team was focused and efficient. It kicked off with an initial audit of our website where they dived into our existing keywords, content, and on-site SEO. They pinpointed some easy wins for us, particularly with content opportunities, and also made some essential corrections to our on-site SEO. They then equipped us, and keep doing so monthly, with practical guidelines for content creation and optimization, which was super helpful for our website and blog. Their guidance was clear, which allowed us to really get behind the SEO efforts. 

Now, they keep a steady eye on our performance with monthly monitoring and content suggestions. They provide us updates on how our keywords are performing and give us a heads-up on the general health of our site's SEO. 

In summary, the key deliverables included:
