After signing the contract with them we worked in depth with their video production team over one month. They work in a step by step process each step having an approval process. CRFT Video created a script, storyboard, draft animation, and final cut and solicited our input at every step.

I communicated with CRFT's production managers Paul and Igor who led the creation process. Both extremely knowledgeable and talented.

Our existing and prospective clients, partners, and employees love the video. People quickly understand what we offer, what we're about, and how we are different from our competition. Everyone I have sent this to - appreciates the quality and the emotion behind the content.

All communication after an initial phone screen was done via a chat platform. The project manager was on top of every detail and guided us through every step of the process, including reminding us of upcoming deadlines and needs.

CRFT Video took four of our users and created a user testimonial video based on their stories. We had a brainstorming session with screen writer and Art Director. They filmed, flew over to meet the users, and created a 90-second video for our website, social platforms.

They’re great. They do everything that they promise. They manage the project perfectly. We communicate via Slack, Zoom, email. We gave feedback via InVision, discussed if something wasn't unclear and continued to the next milestone.

The entire process was very detailed and well documented. We received weekly emails to check-in and provide an overview of where the project stood throughout the process. To start, we had an initial discovery meeting with Paul and the team. We provided them with the 3d models so they could get started. In addition, we provided them with real videos and photos so they could get an idea of the product.We then went through a few rounds of edits before finalizing everything. It was a detailed, quick, and thorough process that kept us well informed and included throughout.

We worked with Paul, Project Manager; Brian, Account Manager; Marat, Production; Igor, Production. The feedback process was continuous and immediate. I received weekly updates at the beginning of each week outside of regular communications.

We don’t have any metrics yet. I can say that the client has been giving positive feedback and is satisfied with the video.

Very easy to communicate with, providing frequent and short updates. If there was something they needed to change, edit or add, we were informed straight away. We completed this almost completely through email, which was great.

Their team had been very nice and accommodating. Besides we could almost keep the very tight time frame. They did exactly what we asked them to do.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

CRFT Video had very interesting vision of the video, and the price was comfortable for us, so we choose them as our vendor for further cooperation. They were also very prompt in answering my initial inquiries.

The process was step by step, at each point CRFT Video gave us feedback and suggestions - nothing was too much trouble. They provided us storyboard and they accepted all the comments from our Marketing team. We gave them all the materials, logo and guidelines, so they can use it in their work.

Step by step process, where we had a dedicated project manager who gave us the decisions we needed to make and the next steps. These guys know what they are doing.

We just deployed the animation and we e had a lot of hits. It’s a little too soon to say it’s been generating sales but so far so good.
