We chose to have a 2D Animated video. The process was very smooth. It started with a survey to get to know our company and the goal of our project. They provided voice samples for us to choose who would narrate our video! At the end, we got all the creatives and sources conveniently sorted into folders. We'll be happy to work together again!

We worked with an account manager who outlined the project, kept us on schedule and sent creatives, and got back to us quickly when we emailed requests for changes or ideas.

We are pleased with the quality of the creatives and hope that they will show good marketing results.

The project manager was easy to communicate with during the whole production process, understanding our requirements with ease. We used Slack and email for communication. If there were shifts in terms, the manager warned us in advance.

We liked the final result, especially how the UX was elaborated and designed. They understood our brief and requirements from the start, allowing for a quick turnaround time.

There is nothing I could suggest for them to do differently.

I got referrals for video production companies from my network. Among the companies that were referred to us, we chose CRFT Video for the quality of their work, compatibility with the team, and their pricing.

We had prepared a draft script with ideas for the visuals. CRFT Video reviewed the script and made some edits to improve it. We gave them our very basic brand guidelines, a 15 minute walkthrough of our product and they proceeded to the storyboard. For a few scenes they storyboarded alternatives in addition to our original ideas, and theirs were much better. We went through one more round of approvals, and then they started producing the animation.

They provided incredibly honest feedback and established a dialogue that allowed us to progress quickly, with high-quality conversations on both sides. There was a strong exchange of communication via email.

We have only currently showed the video to our colleagues and they liked it. They were able to understand the software easily and they liked the animation style as well.

CRFT Video guided us to establish a comprehensive Creative & Content Brief, which helped them quickly get to know us and formed the basis for the script, visual direction, etc. The final product is a video that is embedded in email campaigns, and on social media.

We had few meetings about what we wanted so a proper quotation can be made. After that, we started to work on the scenario, ideas were submitted and we provided our comments. Once the scenario and the scene were selected, we had the video shoot. Week after we received the first shoot and first version that we amended to our needs.
