We needed support with social media engagement, event advertising, and web development. Specifically, we hired Creativos RD to promote our upcoming event in Guadalajara.

We put Creativos RD in charge of all our social media accounts. They run advertising to promote our events on a regular basis. Recently, they developed a website specifically for the next event we’re hosting. In preparation for this occasion, the team has been managing our marketing efforts and designing new assets like a print directory for attendees.

We interface directly with one point of contact from Creativos RD. I’m not exactly sure how many people are on the team that supports him.

My boss gave me their information directly. I assume that someone had been recommended Creativos RD to him.

We’ve spent around $190,000 MEX on their services (approximately $10,100 USD).

We’ve been working with Creativos RD since March of this year.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 Our collaboration has worked well so far. They respond almost immediately to all our communications and send a proposal to address our needs right away. As an added plus, we’ve never experienced any delays.

Since this is a new project for us, I don’t have much of a reference point for comparison.  They delivered exactly what we asked for. The website works well and is easy to use. From a design perspective, though, it looks basic. It doesn’t seem to have anything that stands out and could have been developed by any company.

How did Creativos RD perform from a project management standpoint?

They managed the project very well, and we never experienced any issues. We mainly corresponded through WhatsApp and email. Our communication with Creativos RD was always very fluid.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Creativos RD created an excellent directory for the guests who will attend our event.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Regarding the website development, they could always be more creative and proactive. I’d appreciate it if they offered different design options for us to choose from.

We hired Creativos RD to coordinate aspects of race management including the handling of permits, location, and overall event planning. Their team also handles our digital marketing campaigns.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Creativos RD is in charge of planning events and creating the designs of the events. Their team also manages our social networks including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. In general Creativos RD handles all of our event planning.

We worked with a team of 10 members.

How did you come to work with Creativos RD?

I found them online through their website. When I spoke to their team, I liked the attention they gave me and my project. I presented my project to their team in-person and I liked the plan they pitched, so I decided to work with them.

I do not know the exact amount, but around $2,500 to $3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with the four years ago, and we are still working with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have a good response to our events. A multitude of people participated in our races and engaged with our social media accounts.

We did not use any specific tools to communicate, but we did not have any issues with deadlines being met. They always communicated with our team and mended any doubts our comments I had.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are very organized and everything was right on time and we never had any inconveniences.

They provide advice and support for our local efforts for campaign development in our region. They have worked with us on several projects. One is marketing for a sports beverage, which was a brand activation project, providing sampling and tasting of the product to participants at races and sports events. In other projects, they worked on communications and development of our campaigns in social networks, media, and web advertising. On the technology side, they use social media and have provided equipment for events.

We’ve had support from their specialists in social media management, networks, and websites.

How did you come to work with Creativos RD?

We got to know them well in the in the sports marketing project, and they became familiar with our brands and communications policies. After that, they participated in more bids with us.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them around the end of 2015. Thanks to their good work, we have chosen to continue working with them.

Locally, we have had great results, especially on the brand activation projects. We have heard excellent comments and received positive feedback internally as well.

We communicate via meetings, calls, emails, and video calls. We have had very close and continuous communication, and they provide excellent follow-up.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have been a great support for us. They are always very punctual, provide great clarity on budgets, and always communicate very clearly. That is very important to us and is why continue working with them.

The renderings they use to present proposals could improve.

During this whole time, we’ve both learned about brand positioning. We’ve had good and bad projects, but their reaction time and collaboration have been great and we’ve learned from what has worked well for us, dropping projects that didn’t. Our work together has evolved, which is why the collaboration has been ongoing for so many years.

How did Creativos RD perform from a project management standpoint?

Sometimes personnel or project leaders change but they’re pretty good at meet deadlines. If I set a date, they meet it. There is a need for a project management system, though.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The key is that we have achieved brand recognition. Their creative and visual accomplishments and implementations should be highlighted; they’ve played an important role as our agency. Our brand is recognizable in the market and even though it’s a tough process, they have the necessary knowledge of the watch sales industry thanks to all the years we’ve worked together.

We would’ve liked for them to be faster at times, but their processes have been good in general.

I’m the director of operations of Nidet. We’re a platform that allows people to view short videos and launch themselves with any object in the video. Our system recognizes the object, whether it’s a painting, a glass, a flower, shoes, jewelry, or anything.

The company is in Mexico and is still in the startup process. We have less than 30 employees.

What challenge were you trying to address with Creativos RD?

We needed help creating our name, logo, and color palette.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, Creativos RD shared what was within their scope of services. They asked us a series of questions to see if we met their expectations to be their client. We saw their portfolio with all the clients and different campaigns they’ve handled. Ultimately, we had a series of interviews and meetings so they could continue to service our request.

What is the team composition?

At least four people were working on the project, including Roberto (Owner). Teammates entered the project depending on the deliverables. For example, someone helped us with our marketing skills.

How did you come to work with Creativos RD?

I read an online article that included several internationally-recognized agencies. We contacted 3–5 companies that were the best for our needs. Creativos RD had a branch in Guadalajara, which benefited us.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began the project in February 2024; we finished the first phase in April 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We finished the project a week ago, so the public isn’t involved yet. We only have internal marketing metrics. Nonetheless, Creativos RD met our marketing director’s expectations. He has worked with strong, global brands and considered Creativos RD’s work was worth a million dollars. Overall, it was worth every peso we paid.

How did Creativos RD perform from a project management standpoint?

They established the budget and time, and it was exactly what they predicted. Usually, that is difficult to achieve because there’s a lot of back and forth. However, Creativos RD did very well. They did well on their follow-up, communication, and response time. Moreover, they offered personalized customer service.

We communicated through Google Meet, emails, and links to download articles or any other document they sent, but mostly everything was through email and video meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their direction was impressive. They brought us peace and tranquility; we didn’t have to worry about anything.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could suggest proposals or improvements. We might want something, but they’re the experts in the area. I think they don’t do it so they don’t go out of budget, but we would’ve appreciated it.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You must dare to establish a budget with an experienced team. Creativos RD works with global companies, which is why we dared to work with them.
