The project is a B2B e-commerce extended warranty provider. We integrate their placements on retailer sites and share warranty revenue with retailers. Also we have launched a D2C browser extension that does the same thing. During 2 years of work, CreativeIT tested a lot of hypotheses, developed a ton of complex features, modernized the UI of the customer platform and developed a list of admin features for other internal customer experience teams.

CreativeIT has been instrumental in developing the front-end portion of Starly. We tried working with multiple outsourcing companies (three, including CreativeIT), but the other two failed to deliver consistent results. We already had the design, so the scope of work encompassed:

• Implementing pixel-perfect screens and transitions
• Creating pixel-perfect screens for the mobile version of the web page
• Utilizing Firestore, Cloud Functions, Realtime Database, and other Firebase technologies
• Employing FCL (Flow Client Library) and Ethers libraries for front-end blockchain part
• Adapting to a never-ending stream of changes and new requirements over the two-year period
• We hosted multiple Flow festival (FlowFest) events that necessitated the rapid development of new screens and functionalities

The CreativeIT team is composed of friendly people. We held brief daily sync calls with their technical staff and occasional Zoom meetings with the management team to discuss future plans and the scope of work. We encountered no issues whatsoever. Project task progress and the rest of the communication were managed via Slack. Additionally, we utilized YouTrack as an issue tracking tool.

We are working on a secure cloud planning solution for our customer. Our internal resources weren’t enough to cover an important part of the development, so we asked CreativeIT to collaborate.

For the project, we required a senior-level specialist with proven experience in the latest Angular version, Node.js, Express.js, Sequelize, PostgreSQL, and Docker. The understanding of client-server architecture was a must. Besides, at some stages of the project, the developer was asked to use Python.

The quality of the provided code was reinforced by our client who we've already got positive feedback from. Their developer met all the strict deadlines and did his job well

We’d been working together for 9 months orienting on Agile principles. In general, there were 20 people on the project divided into 3 groups, so, the developer from CreativeIT was working in conjunction with other developers from our side. For communication, we used Jira and Slack.

The developer worked as quickly as continuously. I was impressed with his experience and willingness to quickly become familiar with existing tech infrastructure and business domain. After 9 months of collaboration, their developer resigned and CreativeIT provided an ​​equal replacement in a very short term.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As for our project, everything was done claim-free. I could definitely recommend working with the CreativeIT team if you need a qualitative front-end (Angular as in our case) development.

I'm a project lead & senior software engineer in machine translation startup Lingvanex. We're building translation API and applications for professionals and businesses on all platforms.

The goal of this particular project was to implement credit card charges with Paddle to our service. The payment was to be made once per month in reliance on how many characters had been translated.

We were working in the same coworking in Minsk and talked about cooperation. Their full-stack engineer understood well our codebase and gave us realistic estimation for the tasks list.

The project was divided into several steps. First, we needed to add Paddle Metered Billing for generating a billing link and tracking successful/unsuccessful transactions, as well as the unsubscribe rate. Besides, the implementation of the billing process was supposed to be held in compliance with the number of characters been translated with the Translation server. Key technologies of the project were MySQL, Paddle, Redis, Golang, Node.js, crontab, Docker.

The delivered project was done correctly and met all the requirements. We were highly satisfied with the result and the workflow in general.

The developer received a specification that was supposed to be the main guideline for the development. However, we were always in touch through Slack and Telegram. Every update on the project was conferred fast and fully.

It was great to have CreativeIT as a partner for this project. Maybe, it’s the small size of the company that ensured easy and friendly communication both with the CEO and developer from the company. Anyway, I’d recommend working with the team as they have proved their tech skills and experience and shown a flexible approach to the work needed to be done.

Quite frankly, we were surprised when the developer got down to work even before we actually set the scope of work for that day. But in the end, his proactivity led to good results, so we have nothing to complain about.

Main project stack is: Angular 11, Syncfusion EJ2 components, NX Monorepo tools, Open API, E2E testing using Cypress.io, Jest, Cucumber (Gherkin language).

Thanks to the people from CreativeIT we delivered first version of the project in times scheduled with our end client. We plan to continue to deliver next versions of the project in consequence to the end client budgets and schedule.

The project was managed on agile style using GitHub built-in features: board, issues, and PR's. We used Skype as our main communication tool.

Before we hired the CreativeIT team we had multiple attempts at creating our app with different vendors. None of them were able to deliver on their promises leaving us with an unfinished app where some features didn’t work at all and the app was unstable. CreativeIT focused on rewriting the application to React Native for 9,10 Android and 12, 13 iOS. For our EdTech application, they developed audio and video learning file support, features for learning new words, offline mode, and showing statistics and progress. They also managed a lot of maintenance and refactoring to clean up the application.

We are very happy with the results we've gotten from CreativeIT. We finally have a smoothly working app that is on the verge of being released.

Firstly, CreativeIT designer created wireframes tailored to the customer’s requirements and expanded functionality. Secondly, they made UI design according to the corporate design system. They created InVision prototypes to present it to the customer and also helped to clean up source files in Sketch, because before we had few designers who worked with files without the ability to follow the system.

CreativeIT helped to create a bunch of screens, they were able to make lots of options for any tasks. Also, their designer worked as a full-time member for some periods and delivered all on time.

It was a really good experience. Building an effective collaboration is always a hard job, but they respond almost immediately to any requests. We used Jira as a task management tool and Telegram for communication - both of them also helped us to organize the workflow effectively.
