I’m the founder and CEO of Buzzin. We digitize the visitor management process.

We needed help to build our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Creative Percept FZCO created our website from scratch using WordPress. Initially, we gave them the copyright and went into detail about the design structure we wanted, highlighting the benefits. We gave them the content, logo, color, font, and branding guidelines we wanted to use.

What is the team composition?

We only had two points of contact, and they coordinated with the rest of their team.

How did you come to work with Creative Percept?

A friend recommended them, so I called and arranged a meeting. The quality of work they showed me was impressive, so I was convinced to work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent roughly $3,000 on the project.

What is the status of the engagement?

We began working with them in January 2021, and they delivered the project in September 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They delivered to our satisfaction no matter how often we asked for tweaks. They fined-tuned the work without complaining. Overall, we were very happy with the results.

They didn’t meet all deadlines, but we were satisfied. They were prompt in responding to us, which we appreciated. We mainly communicated through email and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their attitude was excellent. They cared to give us a quality of work that satisfied us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’d recommend them to have an Arabic-speaking designer because we had to translate everything.

Any advice for potential customers?

Make sure they have someone that speaks Arabic to avoid a mix-up in the writing.
