The team created a heartfelt and beautifully animated video that tells the story of an orphaned child and an orphaned senior who formed a new family inside the Alexander Shewey Intergenerational Memorial Home.

The video follows their journey of healing, love, and connection—showing how the child flourished in her new life and remained by the senior’s side through the end of hers.

Storytelling Support: They worked closely with us to shape the narrative, ensuring it reflected the mission and heart behind our work.
Script Writing: They wrote a touching script that honored both individuals and communicated the message clearly.
Animation: The team brought the story to life through custom animation that captured the emotion and beauty of their relationship.
Voiceover and Music: They included professional voice narration and music that added depth and emotional impact to the video.
Final Video Delivery: The end result was a high-quality, engaging video we now use to share our mission and inspire others!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Although we haven’t publicly launched the video yet, as we’re waiting on a grant to support a broader outreach campaign through Google Ads, we’ve shared it with our close network and community. The response has been incredibly encouraging.

Viewers expressed how deeply the story moved them—several even said it brought them to tears. The feedback has been filled with praise for how beautifully the message was portrayed and how clearly it communicated the heart of our mission.

Even in this early stage, the video has helped us start great conversations with potential partners and supporters. It’s already proving to be a powerful tool for creating emotional connection and building momentum for our work. We’re looking forward to the public release and are confident that it will continue to inspire and open doors for greater impact!

very little. the 3 videos were related with the same general intro and outro approach. sometimes we would ask for a revision to those things on one video but they would not be applied to the other 2 videos (even though there was the same issue) until we specifically asked for the same changes to be made on the other 2 videos. pretty minor issue, frankly

We are hosting a hybrid meeting and we used services of Frontiers Animation to create animations explaining the meeting content and attendance. Additionally, they worked on short animated graphics for our online platform and social media accounts.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I looked on Clutch and conducted interviews with a few vendors. Frontier Animations had a reasonable price, they met our needs for work, and have a very friendly and helpful employees.

We worked on timelines, storyboard, sharing digital assets and photographs, going through iterations during various stages of production to create excellent digital promotional products.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked with Alex, Mustafa, and Hoora and feedback was received via Zoom calls, Frame IO app, and email exchange. Extremely responsive crew!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The 1-minute animated video is complete and amazing and will be used as the main promotional element in social media and email marketing campaigns. Additional short animations will be used on meeting virtual platform, mobile app and social media.

The project manager was very communicative, friendly, and helpful. Timelines were established and met in due time, issues were resolved in a timely manner.

We found their readiness to present solutions and options very impressive. Driven and creative group of people!

I have no complaints.

For what projects/services did your company hire Frontiers Animation, and what were your goals?

We engaged frontiers in animation to assist with messaging for individuals who were pregnant, postpartum and planning pregnancy but afraid to receive the COVID vaccine. We wanted an approach that would be more than an expert talking about vaccination. They guided our team through a process that was culturally grounded and very effective.

Colleagues who used this team to work with Latinx communities around COVID messaging highly recommended this vendor. This team is exceptional, empathetic, diverse, efficient and EFFECTIVE.

We expressed the problem, the tone we wanted to present and they helped us conceptualize a beautiful way to demonstrate the material that we felt was very culturally grounded.

We worked with project manager throughout the phases of development. They were so easy to engage and responsive that it felt more like play than work.

Our video pretty new but going out in social media, conferences of our profession, and the team is helping us maximize distribution and quantification of impact.

They are incredibly knowledgeable about health equity and how to integrate ALL voices in a team to address tough concepts. They worked as trained facilitators to bring us together as an intergenerational team focused on a project. It was simply a pleasure to go through this process with them.

I cannot think of anything this team could have done differently to improve the experience. In fact, they came up with innovative concepts and approaches we did not consider.
