We went through the 4 step process which I really enjoyed. First we did a strategy session with all the website architecture. Second we did wireframe and prototype and discussed all the content. Third we created the design based on the strategy session and the web structure and finally, they developed it with mobile optimised version.

6 people - Their web lead team. And their project manager. Everything else was managed inhouse with them.
