• We wanted an end-to-end LinkedIn lead generation agency to run our executives' presence for them — turning dormant profiles into a consistent publishing program that reaches our B2B buyers, without taking meaningful time from the executives themselves.
• Build a repeatable content engine (research, ghostwriting, editing, scheduling) that actually sounded like each executive instead of generic AI-generated filler.
• Turn that visibility into qualified inbound conversations with retail and commerce decision-makers, not just impressions and vanity engagement.

Creative Content Crafts took over LinkedIn presence for several of our executives end to end.
The engagement covered onboarding interviews to capture each person's voice, point of view, and priority topics; ongoing research into what our B2B audience in retail and commerce actually cares about; a content calendar with a set publishing cadence per profile; ghostwritten posts drafted, edited, and queued for approval; profile optimization (headlines, About sections, featured content); and engagement support such as comment drafting and replies to inbound messages.
We reviewed and approved drafts in a shared workflow, so the executives only needed a short review window rather than writing anything themselves. They also reported back on performance and adjusted topics and formats based on what was landing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Reach: 212,681 impressions and 51,837 unique LinkedIn members reached in three months.

Consistency: profiles that had been effectively dormant went to a steady publishing cadence and held it for the full engagement, with no gaps where the program stalled.

Executive time: our involvement stayed limited to reviewing and approving drafts, so output scaled without pulling leadership away from their actual roles.

Quality of audience: the reach was concentrated in relevant retail and commerce roles rather than generic engagement, which is what made the numbers worth anything to us.

Engagement and audience: 2,454 reactions, 170 comments and +1,029 new followers across 56 posts and 42 reposts.

Pipeline and value: 55 hand-verified ICP buyers surfaced from the engagement; $6,593 in earned media value against a $6,000 fee.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was the part that made the engagement workable. Drafts arrived on schedule and in batches, so there was always a queue ready for review rather than a scramble the day before a post was due. Feedback was turned around quickly and, more importantly, it stuck: when we corrected a phrasing habit or ruled a topic out of bounds, we did not have to correct it again in the next batch.
Communication ran through regular virtual check-ins plus a messaging thread for day-to-day notes, which suited us because our executives could react in short windows instead of sitting in long meetings. They were also proactive about flagging when they needed input from us to keep the calendar moving, so delays were rare and usually on our side rather than theirs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Voice. We work in AI, so we are unusually picky about ghostwritten content that reads like it came out of a model with no editor behind it, and that is the trap most content agencies fall into. Creative Content Crafts got each executive's voice close enough that colleagues assumed the posts were self-written, and they held that consistency across different people with genuinely different styles.
The second thing was judgement about substance: instead of recycling generic AI-hype takes, they pushed for specific points of view grounded in what we actually see in retail and commerce, and they were willing to say when an idea was too thin to post. That editorial pushback is rare from an agency being paid to produce volume.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Creative Content Crafts could have done differently?

The ramp-up took longer than we expected. The first few weeks of drafts needed heavy editing before the voice settled, and in hindsight a couple more upfront interviews per executive would have got us there faster than iterating through published posts.
We would also have liked deeper reporting earlier on: the reach figures were clear, but tying content themes to actual pipeline conversations took prompting from our side rather than arriving by default. Neither issue was a dealbreaker, and both improved over the engagement, but anyone starting with them should budget real attention for the first month and ask for the reporting they want up front.
