How many teammates from Creative Click Media were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project included a complete redesign and transformation of our company website, taking it from a few pages of static images to a clean, responsive, and easy-to-navigate site. Creative Click worked collaboratively with me to turn my inspirational designs and mood boards into functional templates, while also contributing their technical and creative expertise. The main deliverables included a new website framework, custom page templates, an updated layout and navigation, font and design changes, enhanced security features, custom forms, and the upload and organization of hundreds of product SKUs. The team also created a staging site where we could test changes without affecting the live website. In addition, they provided ongoing technical support and training so I could independently update products, technical information, and other website content moving forward.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The most measurable outcomes included: Transforming the website from a few static pages into a clean, responsive, and easy-to-navigate site. Uploading and organizing hundreds of product SKUs in a single day. Completing all requested forms and project milestones within—or ahead of—the established deadlines. Building and testing updates on a staging site, allowing the live website to remain fully operational throughout the process. Giving our internal team the training and tools needed to independently update products, technical information, and website content. Maintaining a successful long-term partnership through multiple website updates and redesigns.

They took the time to understand my vision and transformed my ideas into a website that is polished, functional, and easy to navigate. Their attention to detail and level of craftsmanship are truly outstanding.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Creative Click’s project management was exceptional. They consistently delivered everything on time and often ahead of schedule, even when handling large, time sensitive requests, such as uploading hundreds of product SKUs in a single day. Any forms, website updates, or special requests with assigned deadlines were completed well within the requested time frame. Their responsiveness was equally impressive. I always had direct access to my account manager and the technical team. If something fell outside the scope of my primary contact, the owner, Adam, would step in immediately to help facilitate a solution. The team was also extremely collaborative and accommodating. They used a staging site so we could review and adjust changes in real time without disrupting our live website. They listened carefully to my ideas, welcomed feedback, and consistently found ways to turn my vision into a functional, polished result. Creative Click has been one of the most reliable, accessible, and genuinely enjoyable teams I have ever worked with.

Even when we needed hundreds of product SKUs uploaded in a single day, the team handled it efficiently without sacrificing quality. They communicate clearly, respond quickly, and can always be counted on when something is time sensitive.

What was your primary form of communication with Creative Click Media?

Virtual Meeting
Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What was most impressive about Creative Click Media was how invested they were in bringing my vision to life. I never felt like I was just another client or project on their list. They listened to my ideas, reviewed all of my mood boards, and found a way to combine what I wanted visually with what would actually work best for the website. Their availability also set them apart. Whether I had a simple question, a technical issue, or a request that needed immediate attention, someone was always there to help. Even the owner, Adam, made himself available whenever additional guidance was needed. I also appreciated that they took the time to teach me how to manage certain features and make updates on my own. They did not just complete the project and walk away. They gave me the knowledge and confidence to maintain the website as our products and technical information changed. After working with other companies in the past, Creative Click was truly a breath of fresh air. Their combination of creativity, technical expertise, patience, responsiveness, and genuine care for their clients is what makes them so unique. Their pricing is fair and reasonable, especially considering the quality of their work, their responsiveness, and the ongoing support they provide. They are talented, responsive, dependable, and genuinely care about their clients.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Creative Click Media could have done differently?

No, everything was perfect.
