What challenge were you trying to address with Creative Click Media?

I needed to get my e-commerce website started. I had been through two web designers who were not able to complete the setup of my website. It was a complicated website with a lot of menus and capabilities to host videos and membership accessibility.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Creative Click Media has put together a website that hosts my whole business. The site includes membership access to yoga classes and a funnel to market my signature coaching program, which is also hosted on the website. The team has created an e-commerce store, membership funnel, video hosting, contact page, and multiple sales pages for the different modalities I’ve offered throughout the years.

Creative Click Media is the first company that has been able to make my website functional. At first, that was my only requirement, but they have taken my website far beyond anything I could’ve imagined.

How did Creative Click Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Adam (Owner) took the time to listen to me and understand what I was trying to accomplish. He didn’t make any promises he couldn’t keep. He always followed through with what he said he would do. He was very responsive to emails and any type of communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The management team is professional and works with integrity. They always do a great job. I feel very comfortable that the website that holds all of my business is in their hands.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’ve been working with Creative Click Media for over 10 years. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

We consider our monthly SEO statistics and request for quote forms coming in through the website to evaluat success.

CCM did a great job partnering with us to understand our business, what we wanted to achieve from our website and how we would measure success. Brittany and Molly are super responsive, timely with edits and extremely personable. I look forward to working with them each month.
