Create8 worked with us to develop a new brand that communicates the Purseglove values and then they designed and developed a completly new website to showcase our services and provide a platform to deliver content in the form of a blog. On completion of this project, they worked with us to develop a marketing strategy and then into a retainer agreement to provide ongoing support for content creation, SEO and PPC campaigns.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcome of the branding project was a brand guidelines document along with a range of assets for digital and print. The website project was split into a stages, from copy creation to wireframe, then digital mockup to development. The marketing strategy was developed based primarily on SEO optimsation of regular blog posts. The SEO is monitored regularly to guide content creation with the ultimate measureable being the generation of sales leads.

Create8 have been nothing short of amazing. It became clear very early on that we shared similar values, with a focus on long term, moral and ethical business. This gave us the peace of mind we needed to move forward with the project. They really took the time to understand our business and how we differentiate ourselves in the market. 

This then led to various brand ideas and ultimately two shortlisted prospects that were so good, it was very difficult to choose between the two! - Once the brand was chosen (with lots of helpful insight into how each one could be developed in the future), they immediately got to work on content and wireframe for the website, taking on board all of the ideas and feedback we provided. 

This was the first time we had worked on such a large project and relied heavily on their expertise to guide us. With such a specialised and professional team, we had the benefit of so much knowledge and experience, making it more straightforward to make decisions.

At the end of the branding and website project, we moved into developing a market strategy, which for our business was a new venture. We knew there would be an element of trial and error in order to find what worked best, but Create8 focussed on what would bring us the most cost effective, long term results, which was SEO optimised blog content.

Every member of the team we have worked with has been very responsive and helpful, working within their areas of specialisation and collaborating with the rest of the team when needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their willingness to take the time to ensure they thoroughly understood what we were trying to achieve. This project has been new territory for us and there were many times we simply didn't know which way to go, but we were never short of guidance and advice to help us make the right decisions. Once the decisions were made, the team never failed to deliver what they agreed, on time and to the highest quality.

I genuinely don't feel there are any areas which could have been improved. We've been delighted at every stage.

Create8 have been managing the digital side of our company for a number of years now. From small things such as designing new business cards to large projects such as all our social media presence. Every large project has been delivered in full on schedule.

All project have been delivered on time. The team is very responsive and quick to resolve any issues flagged or requests made. The team are always polite and easy to work with, willing to follow our vision but also add their own suggestions and flare. They are flexible when it comes to meetings and site visits, often agreeing to last minute changes that suit ourselves which is much appreciated.

The company is full of vibrant people that all have their own styles and views that all give an unique perspective. They bounce well off each other and my teams allowing for fresh ideas to be generated and used. Everyone at Create8 wants to help and wants what is best for their customer.

None spring to mind. They've been a cornerstone of our daily dealings for a while now, and we wouldn't change that.
