the project. Next, they recommended the technology to be applied (Azure Synapse) and
provided a comparison analysis.
They automated the process needed to extract information from various operational
systems. Then, they combined the data into our database to automate and streamline the
reporting process.

We reached out to Cosmos Thrace as a partner to help us review the data streams and current data model and develop a new data model for our client. The data model was challenging because of the unstructured data and the required performance (real-time calculations while editing the data).
In addition, Cosmos Thrace developed all the ETLs for different systems that supply data. As our clients were constantly onboarding new major large customers, the data had to be analysed, and the ETLs had to be built.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Cosmos Thrace always delivered on time. They also communicated clearly the progress and project risks to the client and dared to speak out when they thought another approach would be better.
The outcomes was a working system where millions of records are processed on a daily base. 
The data is taken from several end-customer systems, processed, and added to the database. The Tableau team can create reports, and the client SaaS solution shows real-time data while the end-customer edits data. And we are really talking about hundreds of thousands of records.

The communication has always been easy with Cosmos Thrace. 
They do not deliver on time or identify the risks early. I could always call the CEO. We also used Slack as a main communication method with the developers. 
If they committed to deliver something, they for sure did.

The communication is nice and informal. It is easy to work with them, and the management is on top of the deliverables.

As they are working hard, sometimes they forget to ask formal approval of the end client when something is delivered. Like a small notification of acceptance. 
And I think they should increase their prices. They offer high value for too competitive rates.

The main goal of the project was development and incorporating of predictive maintenance system based on data (vibration and temperature) collected by IoT devices. Inoxsys was aiming at using these to enhance its service offering and extend the guarantee of the equipment they develop.

Key Deliverables:

• Development of ML algorithms
• Training the Models: Historical data was used to train ML algorithms to recognize normal operating conditions and detect deviations that may signal impending failures.
• Component-Based Analysis: Develpment of advanced models focused on specific components (e.g., bearings, shafts) to provide detailed diagnostics and predict potential issues based on individual part performance.
• Continuous Learning: The models were designed to learn continuously from new data, improving their accuracy and adaptability as more operational insights are gathered.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project, despite being very challenging, turned out to be a success and our team was satisfied with the results. On one hand, through the AI Solution that was developed, we are now able to track live data from the machines we service and understand when a machine is being overloaded, not oiled and when it is about to get broken, how much electricity it consumes, and whether it is working optimally. On the other hand, we managed to deliver a fully working system in a short time to our customers some of which are leading manufacturers in mining, pharma and F&B sectors.

Due to the commitment Cosmos had from the beginning we felt not in the role of pushing but in the role of being pulled in executing the project.

Being a fast-developing company is never easy. Deadlines are short and pressure is high. In that period we did not want to make any mistake when it comes to who we partner with and who we trust to help us become better in data management. We faced a data challenge in which we required a partner on the outside with enough data knowledge and expertise. But also, we needed a partner who could match our own dynamic pace. Then Cosmos Thrace came on board - we were initially impressed with their data capabilities but then it was all about the process of working together. They're very responsive and transparent about the whole process so that each stakeholder could be aware of what was going on. Moreover, we were very satisfied with the fact that they were ready to execute when times got hard and pressure was high. Through their services we were able to tame the data chaos, turning them into a trusted partner with whom we are happy to share our journey! Cosmos Thrace partnered with us to design and implement a Databricks Lakehouse as the central analytics layer for our ZigiOps integration platform and marketing data. Their scope covered the full data lifecycle.Initially, they ran workshops with our leadership and marketing teams to clarify business goals, define Databricks use cases (campaign performance, pipeline analytics, Customer 360), and prioritize a phased roadmap with clear success metrics.Then, Cosmos Thrace designed the Databricks Lakehouse architecture on our cloud of choice, including workspace setup, security and governance model, environments (dev/test/prod), and CI/CD approach for notebooks and jobs.They built scalable data pipelines into Databricks from ZigiOps, our product usage and CRM systems, and marketing tools, applying robust data quality and transformation logic to create trusted, analytics-ready tables.On top of the Lakehouse, they enabled self-service analytics, marketing performance dashboards, and base models for attribution and funnel analysis that our marketing and leadership teams now use in their weekly reporting.Finally, Cosmos Thrace documented the solution, trained our internal team, and set up monitoring so we could operate and extend the Databricks environment independently.

We have faster access to marketing and pipeline insights, moving from static, delayed reports to near real-time analytics on campaign performance and funnel health.We also have higher confidence in KPIs thanks to a single, governed Lakehouse layer, which reduced conflicting numbers between systems and removed data silos between marketing, sales, and product.Thanks to Cosmos Thrace and their Databricks Lakehouse implementation, we cut the time to produce our key marketing and pipeline reports by roughly half, removed most of the manual data prep work, and now have a single, trusted view of our ZigiOps go-to-market performance across tools.After Cosmos Thrace implemented our Databricks Lakehouse on top of ZigiOps data, we started to see clear improvements in our go-to-market performance. While we don’t attribute every change solely to this project, having a single, trusted view of our marketing and pipeline data helped us focus budget on higher-performing campaigns and turn off underperforming ones faster.Over the months following the go-live, we observed a noticeable uplift in campaign ROI and more efficient spend allocation, as well as better conversion along key funnel stages, because we finally had consistent, cross-channel attribution and could react to trends in near real time.
