I’m the CTO and founder of SerenX, a manufacturing company. We build portable, low-cost, fully autonomous aerial and surface target guided missiles.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cosmos Studio?

We needed a website that was as unique as our technology. Defense tech startups have black, dark colors, red, and generic-looking websites. We brought Cosmos Studio a great challenge: How can we make a website that is as well-designed as an Apple product page, to defense tech, for a missile — and do it in just three short months?

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve provided Cosmos Studio with our logo, some color ideas, drawings of our missiles, and text documents of ideas for content. Cosmos Studio has handled the design, development, and content creation of our website. I’ve provided editing of the final text and haven’t changed much of their graphic design output.

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from Cosmos Studio.

How did you come to work with Cosmos Studio?

We found Cosmos Studio through a referral. They had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, and they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Cosmos Studio in May 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We just launched the website, but before going live, we privately shared it with approximately 100 people, including prospective government customers and aerospace and defense industry partners. The response was overwhelmingly positive. We specifically evaluated how effectively the design captured attention, communicated our technology, and generated interest among our target audience. Several people even commented that our website was better than Anduril's, which is a remarkable compliment for a young defense technology company. While it's too early to measure post-launch conversion metrics, the pre-launch feedback strongly validated our approach and Cosmos Studio's work.

How did Cosmos Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

The timeline has been a bit fluid, largely due to our changes. Cosmos Studio generally delivers what they say they’ll deliver and on time. They often go above and beyond on design and deliverables while still keeping the timeline. We communicate via virtual meetings, email, and Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed by how much Cosmos Studio cares and their attention to detail. For example, they’ve even made a small browser game for our 404 page.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if Cosmos Studio had a small task board from the beginning. However, it hasn’t been much of a problem since they’ve added one when I’ve asked for it. I think they had an internal one, but it was in Ukrainian, not English.
