Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Under the challenging environment we worked on, with changing requirements and a complex objective, Corigami Technologies helped us deliver the solution to our business. This was critical to launch the business on time and to service our customers

Requirements gathering was performed via face-to-face and online workshops Communication was constant and fluent between the IT team in our company and Corigami Technologies, to drive the scope and assess issues

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They managed to deliver a solution for a complex environment under high pressure

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We need to continue working to evolve the solution further In terms of project management, over time we found a balance between business demands, IT delivery and overall performance

I’m the CEO and co-founder of a media monitoring software company.

What challenges were you trying to address with Corigami Technologies?

We wanted to outsource our frontend development to a partner that could provide input and suggestions.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They did the development in Node.js and are in charge of the deployment. Their team is also well-versed in AWS. I don’t provide very strict requirements to give them room for creativity. 

What is the team composition?

We work one contact from their management and an engineer. 

How did you come to work with Corigami Technologies?

I found them on the internet. 

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent between $25,000–$50,000 so far. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2019, and are work with them is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I like the architecture of their solution, it’s quick and easily manageable. Their solution also helps us save a lot of money on data storage by increasing the speed of our product. 

How did Corigami Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We had one point of contact, so communication was clear and efficient. We also use Jira. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have professional engineers, they’re creative, and they have good ideas. The cost of their work is also more affordable compared to other companies. The project requires a diverse set of skills, but our engineer is able to fulfill lots of different roles. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any complaints. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers? 

They’re a smaller company, so if you’re okay with that, they make an excellent long term partner.

We needed a reliable team with skillsets including UX/UI, Backend, Frontend, Full Stack developers and QA capabilities.

What were your goals for this project?

To modernise a static platform to become fully dynamic automated processing.

Our CTO sourced Corigami Technologies through recommendations and past work he had done with the company.

Designed, developed and implemented technologies in two week sprints as required.

What was the team composition?

The CEO of Corigami (Any) worked closely with our CTO, Creative Director and Technical Director to ensure the relevant resources were available as required.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The development completed during this time enabled us to onboard major brands from around the world. As we got new clients we faced new challenges that Corigami found solutions which improved the platform as a whole package.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We had regular WIP's with the key stakeholders in the project to ensure we continued in a forward direction.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They worked tirelessly to ensure we met deadlines. The CEO of Corigami, Andy, on occasions attended meeting with our clients, He even flew to Dubal on a couple of occasions to do presentations with clients.

They did a fantastic job.

eLearning design, consulting, deployment and related services, including custom LMS deployments.

For what projects/services did your company hire Corigami Technologies?

Custom LMS development for our largest professional client.

What were your goals for this project?

Rebuild existing custom LMS platform from a legacy UI / UX and in accordance with the client's desired workflows. The system required highly bespoke workflows to the client's needs and strict adherence to branding values.

How did you select this vendor?

We had worked with the vendor for some years prior with an excellent working history and mutual relationship.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Corigami was supplied with a functional spec and strict, detailed UI / UX designs. Corigami was then responsible for all aspects of database and system design through to the deployment in both sandbox and production environments.

What was the team composition?

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project was delivered successfully to the client.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management was handled professionally, with Project and Technical Leads managing to keep excellent track of all developments and their state of progress. During sprints, project management meetings were held with us daily, and at other times 2 to 3 times per week. We worked with the team primarily over Jira and Bitbucket, with conference calls over various platforms (Skype, Slack, etc.)

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They're extremely attentive, prompt in responding, and always willing to engage about projects in progress. We have clients who can - at times - be extremely demanding, as they face external pressures of their own. Under these circumstances, Corigami has always taken the clients' demands in their stride.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None that I care to mention here. Due to an anomaly with our clients' budgeting cycle, work is commissioned and is then required to be delivered under very short timeframes. Corigami has managed this pressure overwhelmingly well.
