The project management was structured and reliable throughout the engagement. Deliverables were generally completed on time, and timelines were communicated clearly in advance. In cases where delays occurred (almost never 😄), they were transparent about the reasons and proactive in providing updates and revised timelines.

The team was responsive to our needs and maintained open communication throughout the project. They were flexible when requirements evolved and showed a good understanding of our priorities. Feedback was implemented efficiently, and they were quick to address issues or make adjustments when needed.

Working from provided Figma designs and data sets, Coralsoft were required to develop a web app that provides interactive live data feeds, with a complex user-focused filtering system. We have also begun works on a custom chatbot for users to better explore our data.

• Create a clean, reliable, secure and scalable backend integrating databases

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As the project is evolving, Coralsoft have delivered a great result so far and are always testing and improving both frontend and backend.
They have offered superior knowledge and have ensured the website and its dataset is clean, efficient, secure and reliable.
There has been much more attention to detail than we could’ve hoped for.

This project is evolving, and has no timeline as such. But whenever a new objective is set, the team respond swiftly, and substantial progress is usually made within a 24 hour period, with all progress and milestones being documented in Slack.
We also schedule Google Meetings whenever required.
Written communication is clear, and very rarely is something missed in a feedback cycle. Feedback and changes are prioritised in a methodical manner.
The team has shown patience as the project has evolved, and reacted to any pivot with understanding and constructive feedback.

The overall experience has been excellent. Of the few minor issues raised over the duration of the project, all have been resolved swiftly, resulting in a great ongoing woking relationship. Highly recommend.

Coralsoft has been providing daily and weekly updates about the progress of the development, including improvements and blockers, with a clear plan on how to resolve them. The team has also been sending us screenshots and screen recordings of the development process. So far, Coralsoft has completed and tested the app’s frontend, backend, voice integration, and payment integration and the final details are being completed. 

How did Coralsoft perform from a project management standpoint?

Coralsoft has always delivered on time and quickly. The team has also been patient while waiting for me to deliver certain things that have been blockers for them. We communicate via virtual meetings, and Slack (my preferred method).

What did you find most impressive about them?

Coralsoft’s team has always been incredibly polite, nice, patient, and willing to help.

Are there any areas they could improve?

When asking for proactive improvements in my designs and ideas, the ideas didn’t match my expectations/thoughts. HOWEVER, I don’t see this as a negative, rather expectation management on my side.
