Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Convertibles supports our ongoing CRO and Shopify development. Their scope includes identifying site opportunities, developing CRO concepts, planning and running tests, reviewing performance, recommending next steps, and providing on-demand development and technical support. Key deliverables have included CRO roadmaps, wireframes and UX/UI designs, A/B test builds, landing pages, custom site enhancements, QA, site-speed work and ecommerce performance reporting.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve seen meaningful improvements over the course of our ongoing engagement, including periods where revenue per visitor increased by approximately 20-30%. We’ve also had multiple winning tests based on their strategies across key areas of the site, including the cart drawer, collection pages and navigation. Their responsive, versatile and end-to-end support has also helped us meet tight deadlines and deliver important experiences for major brand moments, including product launches and collaborations.

Their project management has been organized, communicative and highly responsive. They consistently deliver work on time, keep us updated on progress and are extremely flexible when our priorities or timelines shift. They’re also quick to address feedback, troubleshoot issues and jump in on urgent requests whenever needed. Their level of dedication and availability often makes them feel less like an external partner and more like an extension of our internal team.

They deliver at a high level across the ongoing scope and their expertise, but what makes them further stand out is how much they feel like an extension of our internal team rather than an outside agency. I’m the marketing manager of RPS Water P.P.S., an e-commerce Shopify store for rural wells and water P.P.S.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Convertibles to accomplish for RPS Water P.P.S.?

We hired Convertibles for our Shopify store’s conversion rate optimization (CRO).

SOLUTION

Can you describe the scope of work Convertibles handled for your Shopify store? Please include the main deliverables if you can.

Convertibles runs monthly CRO projects where they test different features on our Shopify store to improve our conversion rate, interaction, and click-through rate. Currently, they’re working on a theme rebuild.

So far, we’ve tested cart drawers, gallery images, homepage sections, complete rebuilds with brand-new sections, and product detail page (PDP) features.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from Convertibles.

How did you come to work with Convertibles?

We found Convertibles through an online search. We chose them because their thoughtfulness, audit presentation, and ideas for A/B testing were the most in-depth and interesting we found to partner with.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Convertibles in March 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Convertibles has helped us improve one of our customer-favorite PDP pages, which didn’t have good button selection tools, resulting in a significant improvement in our conversion rate by at least 20%. We expect a big improvement from the theme rebuild project.

How did Convertibles perform from a project management standpoint?

Convertibles’ project management is good because they stay on top of communication. Each week, they send a wrap-up message with all our project update numbers. They also provide reporting sheets based on our store’s conversion rate and the specific projects they test.

Moreover, they use Test Buddy to keep track of the calendar of when projects are scheduled. They also provide details of those projects, mock-ups, and Figma boards. Overall, they’re really well-organized, so it’s clear what we’re doing, what’s coming up, what we’ve tested, and what’s worked and hasn’t worked in the past.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

Convertibles’ full team effort is impressive. We have a variety of specialists on the team who help us accomplish our goals. They’re self-starters who work on things in the background. They’re totally up for our requests and deliver briefs that we can go or no-go on. Everything has been prepped beforehand, including the design, Figma board, and report.

It’s a lot easier for us, given that we’re limited on our business side. We know they’re working in the background, so they support us without being a net drag on our resources.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing Convertibles could improve on.
