I’m the founder and chartered financial planner of Atlas Personal Wealth Management, a personal wealth management company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Constellation Marketing?

I reached out to Constellation Marketing to get some proper brand guidelines in place for my company and to essentially bring the business to life.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Constellation Marketing provided branding and web design services. The team created brand guidelines, including colors, fonts, and logos. The team also refreshed my website, updated my email signature, and created new stationery to reflect the new branding.

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Constellation Marketing.

How did you come to work with Constellation Marketing?

I met Tom (Director) via a networking group called IWant2Network. I chose Constellation Marketing because they had high ratings, were close to my geographic location, had pricing that fit my budget, and had company values that aligned with mine.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from April to July 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Although we didn't have measurable outcomes, we finished the project with a much better-looking website and some clear brand visuals and guidelines that looked fantastic. I really felt like Constellation Marketing helped bring the business to life. The website is in the process of going live, but I can confidently say that it will give any customer a much better first impression compared to my previous website.Moreover, I received positive informal feedback from some of the other firms I partner with, such as accountants. They all thought the website looked fantastic and would help them refer clients to me because it looked more professional.

How did Constellation Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Constellation Marketing delivered on time and was very flexible around timings that worked for me. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Constellation Marketing did an excellent job of listening to me and understanding what my business was all about. The experience felt very personal, and their suggestions, along with the final outcome of the work delivered, were first-class. Moreover, the team was quick to make any changes or respond to emails while being flexible based on my busy schedule.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything for Constellation Marketing to improve.

Connected Innovation is the innovation ecosystem for Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex that links together 36 leading innovation, science, and research hubs into one of the UK’s most collaborative regional innovation clusters.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Constellation Marketing to accomplish?

• To design and build a website for the Connected Innovation Programme
• To create a unified and recognizable visual identity and brand for the Connected Innovation programme. To build a user-friendly website that centralised the programme's assets and provided single point of entry for the region’s innovation network, business clusters, and national stakeholders.

The Connected Innovation programme had compiled a number of assets, but no brand, website, or messaging tying them together. 

The brief included website design and build, designing a brand and messaging to convey key messages and a central asset based to host this through.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The work delivered by Constellation Marketing has allowed us to drive traffic and audience to one central location, provided a focused brand and message to channel outbound content through and a more joined up approach to hosting content from across our multiple workstreams.

The team set out an initial timeline that could be adapted to our needs and requirements, whist ensuring the 'go live' date aligned with our wider outcomes.

It was a pleasure working with Constellation Marketing. Working together on the branding and website of our program was a smooth process from start to finish. We valued their contribution and insight from their experiences interacting with the business support and innovation ecosystem and were delighted with the outcome and support we received throughout.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Constellation Marketing could have done differently?

Now we have been operating the website for nearly three years we are more confident and trained in the management of it and would feel we could now have increased autonomy across some of the content and pages.Without being concerned that we could be negatively impacting the overall site, brand and key messages.
