Connected Innovation is the innovation ecosystem for Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex that links together 36 leading innovation, science, and research hubs into one of the UK’s most collaborative regional innovation clusters.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Constellation Marketing to accomplish?

• To design and build a website for the Connected Innovation Programme
• To create a unified and recognizable visual identity and brand for the Connected Innovation programme. To build a user-friendly website that centralised the programme's assets and provided single point of entry for the region’s innovation network, business clusters, and national stakeholders.

The Connected Innovation programme had compiled a number of assets, but no brand, website, or messaging tying them together. 

The brief included website design and build, designing a brand and messaging to convey key messages and a central asset based to host this through.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The work delivered by Constellation Marketing has allowed us to drive traffic and audience to one central location, provided a focused brand and message to channel outbound content through and a more joined up approach to hosting content from across our multiple workstreams.

The team set out an initial timeline that could be adapted to our needs and requirements, whist ensuring the 'go live' date aligned with our wider outcomes.

It was a pleasure working with Constellation Marketing. Working together on the branding and website of our program was a smooth process from start to finish. We valued their contribution and insight from their experiences interacting with the business support and innovation ecosystem and were delighted with the outcome and support we received throughout.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Constellation Marketing could have done differently?

Now we have been operating the website for nearly three years we are more confident and trained in the management of it and would feel we could now have increased autonomy across some of the content and pages.Without being concerned that we could be negatively impacting the overall site, brand and key messages.
