Project Description The project has evolved over more than 20 years as our business has grown. Conscious Commerce has designed and developed multiple versions of our website, implemented and managed our SEO strategy, provided ongoing website maintenance, and helped shape our overall digital marketing strategy. Most recently, they've also guided us through the transition to AI search optimization and modern search strategies.
Main Goals Our goal has always been to create a website that not only reflects our brand but also generates qualified leads through strong organic search rankings. We wanted a long-term partner who could continually adapt our website and SEO strategy as technology, search engines, and consumer behaviour changed, while ensuring the site remained fast, secure, and easy for our clients to use.
Deliverables The deliverables have included website strategy, custom website design and development, ongoing SEO, technical website optimization, content strategy, AI search optimization (AEO/GEO), website maintenance, performance improvements, analytics, and continuous consulting to keep our online presence competitive and growing.

The biggest measurable outcome has been sustained organic growth and long-term search visibility. We've been ranked #1 in our town for many of our most important search terms since 2009, and our website consistently generates qualified leads for our business. One of the strongest indicators of their success is that we've had both competitors and other web development companies point to our website and online performance as an example of what's possible.
We've even been contacted by people wanting to know who manages our SEO because of how consistently we perform. Just as importantly, Conscious Commerce has helped us continually adapt our strategy as search engines and technology have evolved, ensuring our website remains a valuable business asset rather than becoming outdated. 7.5 million ad impressions

What impresses me most is that they never stop evolving. Many web development and SEO companies rely on the same strategies year after year, but Brandon and his team are constantly learning, adapting, and staying ahead of industry changes.
Whether it's major Google algorithm updates, new technologies, or the shift toward AI search, they're always thinking about what's next. Just as importantly, they genuinely care about our business. After more than 20 years, they still treat our success as if it were their own. That combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and long-term commitment is incredibly rare, and it's why we've never felt the need to look elsewhere.

Earlier this year, one area I wanted to see more focus on was AI search optimization and better ways to measure performance beyond traditional SEO metrics. I shared that feedback with Brandon and his team, and they responded immediately. They implemented new strategies and reporting to help track AI visibility and performance, and they've continued to refine their approach as this area evolves. I honestly don't have any other suggestions for improvement. They're proactive, they listen to feedback, and they adapt quickly when new opportunities arise.

We hired CC to build us a new website from the ground up. The team was awesome to work with from the start. Our website needed to be B2B and B2C and they delivered that seamlessly. The hurdle we had was having a booking engine for our properties that wouldn't cost us a fortune but still look like it belonged. They were able to come up with a solution that worked well and looked good.

We have been using them ongoing since for paid ads and seo. We have seen good results from it and the leads we get are typically solid leads that we can convert. Our client base is hard to find because they don't live in the same markets that they are doing business. We tried other companies in the past with little to no success. CC has done an awesome job!

We get compliments all the time on the quality of our website. How you do one thing is how you do everything and the website is an extension of us. That is not easy to deliver and they did.

I think the one area that I have always struggled with is their pricing models. They can be a bit confusing on what we are getting with each plan. That's my personal thought on it.
