I had created an initial prototype of the app in Bolt. The Connectish team took that design, rebuilt it properly, refined the features, and handled the full development process through to launch. They set up the Supabase backend, improved the app’s structure and performance, and successfully published the finished version on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.

The team delivered a stable MVP that passed Apple’s review on the first submission and was ready for Android release immediately after. Development stayed on time and within budget, and the app now has early users engaging daily.

The team managed the project very efficiently. We had weekly catch-up calls, and they always responded quickly to messages on Slack and by email. They stayed within the agreed timeline and kept detailed project mapping that was easy to follow. Each week they set clear goals and deliverables, which made progress transparent and easy to track.

What impressed us the most was how friendly yet professional the team was throughout the project. They always took the time to explain technical aspects clearly when I needed more understanding, and they proactively thought through potential obstacles and found effective solutions. Their communication was fast and consistent, which made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. Their knoweldge of Bolt and Spabase ensure the project moved along very fast.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the collaboration. The process was clear, well-organized, and communication was excellent. I can’t think of any areas that really need improvement.

No-code platform allowed us to launch our MVP faster than traditional development. This timeline allowed us to validate core user assumptions early with user onboarding and retention. We were able to identify features that would help us prioritize our product roadmap with real data as a means to demonstrate progrses.

What stood out the most about Connectish was the combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and design sensibility. Ivan, one of the co-founders, has a coding background that brought a level of technical depth I hadn’t seen with other no-code teams. He leveraged AI to solve a pain point that several other no-code experts were not able to solve. This made a huge difference when it came to building efficiently and problem-solving creatively. Alex, the other co-founder provided strategic planning and creative / UI insight, helping shape the consumer journey and taking the time to critically think through each evolution of product features. She took the time to deeply understand the bsuiness and ensure each decision supported the larger goal. 

Connectish asks smart questions during the process, are organized and responsive throughout, making the whole process seamless.

They took the software from version 4 to version 5.  But this wasn't just an update, it was a complete rebuild from scratch. Working within the Bubble tool, they crafted an entirely new solution that exceeded all expectations. Their communication was exceptional. Every time I had a question or a task that needed attention, they responded quickly and effectively.

But it wasn’t just about answering questions; they constantly brought their own great ideas to the table, elevating the entire project. I often found myself asking for their input, like "How would you implement this?" or "What have your other clients done in similar situations?" Their insights were invaluable, and it was clear they worked incredibly hard to achieve such a high standard.

Due to the niche requirements for this project, Ivan build the MVP from the start. Part of the framework was the idea of a marketplace with authors and readers, but without actually selling.

Setup the framework for the application with the development of author and reader profiles.

Setup the intergration of Amazon for the author to download their book information, and use AI to add labels to the books from a set database of keywords.

To create a search function for readers using the labels from the database, for them to be able to create lists and add books to lists. 

The creation of a calendar system that shows book releases that readers can check.

Ivan was very clear on the timeline, and when we hit some issues with Amazon, it took some time to figure out a solution, but once we got that up and running, we had a new time line wich was adhered to. He is very quick to respond to issues, and resolutions were quick to implement.
They also were forward-thinking in implementing things and gave some great advice.

The entusiasm about the project, as Seekora is pretty niche in what we wanted to develop. Which also caused some innovative thinking. Ivan is invested in getting the project up and successfull.

There was a miscommunication from both sides in the beginning about Amazon and how to implement this. Once we figured this out, we got back on track very quickly, Amazon took a little longer to deal with.

Working with Ivan was an outstanding experience, and I can confidently say he felt more like a true coworker than an external developer. Together, we built the MVP from the ground up, and Ivan’s expertise and collaborative spirit were key to the project’s success. 

We had to implement a range of complex features, including capturing various assessments and data points that were critical to our user experience. Ivan handled these with ease, ensuring the data was captured accurately and securely. Additionally, he integrated Stripe for seamless payments, built out a chat feature for real-time user interaction, and implemented a system for tailored email communications that responded dynamically to user inputs.

He also seamlessly integrated a CMS and an email marketing platform—both of which were new to him—into the platform, making it easy to manage content and engage with users effectively. Despite being relatively new to Bubble, I quickly got up to speed with Ivan's help! 

Although our schedule was extended by a few weeks, that was entirely on me as I needed more time to gather user feedback and properly test the platform. Ivan remained flexible and adaptive throughout this process. He delivered all the fixes within the revised timeline and integrated every feature we needed for a fraction of what it could have cost elsewhere.

Beyond the technical skills, Ivan’s teamwork and communication were incredible. His dedication, problem-solving ability, and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire development process smooth and productive. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable developer.

1. Successful MVP Launch: We were able to launch a fully functioning MVP that included complex features like data capture for assessments, integration with Stripe for payments, and a dynamic chat feature for real-time interaction—all of which were delivered on budget.
2. Full Feature Integration: Every planned feature, including the CMS and email marketing platform, was successfully integrated, allowing us to efficiently manage content and communications. This helped streamline internal processes and user engagement.
3. Cost Efficiency: Ivan’s work was completed for a fraction of what it could have cost elsewhere, significantly reducing our development budget without compromising quality or functionality.

While our timeline extended by a few weeks, that was due to delays on my side as I took longer to gather user feedback and properly test the platform. Honestly, there was nothing significant that I would have changed. Ivan exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the project. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be to offer a brief walkthrough or tutorial on how to use Bubble after the handoff. This would help ensure the client is fully comfortable managing and making updates to the platform independently. That said, Ivan was always available to answer questions and provide support, which was greatly appreciated.
