They also implemented functions to customize the customer's experience navigating the app, which includes the budget creator, reminders, payment notification, list and categories, invitation messaging, and the user sign-up process. other features implemented to the platform are a customer/admin portal, FAQs page, privacy policy, a CMS tool, vendor management, communities, scheduling, and Google Analytics dashboard.

A private gym requires booking time slots to use the space and keep the privacy and avoid overcrowding as a core value. To do so, we wanted to limit the number of trainers that can train their client at a single time in different parts of the gym.

We worked with compu-vision to develop this customized reservation platform. We wanted to make sure that:

• There was a limited capacity - no overbooking.
• The trainers bought a subscription package.
• Each trainer has a specific sports type they train.
• Reporting on total bookings, cancellations, trainers, etc...

The projects i hired COMPU-VISION for was for them to develop a website and store system for me to keep up with my inventory and appointments, as well as for clients to be able to book there appointments online.

My goal was to create something that was simple yet easy to use for my clients as well as myself, and COMPU-VISION did exactly what i wanted and more.

I did my research online and had a few options. Considering this was my first business, i was very skeptical so my deciding factor was picking the company who would be able to bring my vision to life, and after talking to Fares (Project Manager) he was the only one who was able to understand everything i wanted to achieve with this project

We started off by having a meeting on what i wanted to include in my website and system. After we agreed to everything they sent me templates of web design and i got to pick the one i liked the most.

after that was done they went ahead and started linking the backend to the website because clients are able to book their appointments through that.

On a weekly bases they would show me all the updates from how i can create appointments to setting up my inventory, and would change anything i disliked about the website.

After we launched our website we had an increase of appointments, and an increase of following on our social media accounts which was our goal with this project .

The Team was very professional and would update me every week on new changes and updates via Any Desk where the developer would show me everything i needed to know through my computer, and considering how hectic it got for me because of the business they were very flexible with me which is something i appreciated a lot.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

COMPU-VISION was quick to fix anything that I disliked about the site. If it was something that took a bit of time they would fix it within a day or the same exact hour which was honestly very impressive

I think everything they did was done accordingly. They couldn't have been more helpful. They were a wonderful company, and I hope to work with them again in the future.
