We have greater marketing needs than the services they currently offer. They're very focused on meta advertising in particular, which is great for us, as it is our main channel.  However, it does mean we have the hassle of engaging with others for other areas of marketing.

ROI increased, they decresaed cost per purchase drastically, stabelized my budget and discreased cost per sing up and cost per purchase. We saw increase in sales with decrease of marketing budget in general. Cost per purcahse went from 770$ to the average of 460$.

We hired The Compound Group team to help scale up our ad spend on Google and Meta platforms, while keeping our spend profitable. The scope of work includes copywriting, creative design, ad strategy and account/ campaign management.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the final month before starting with Compound Group, our Google Ads ROAS was 1.25... In the last full month with Compound Group, or Google Ads ROAS was 1.84. This is a 47% increase already in our return, and we're only in the 2nd month so far!

So far we're more sales from our Google ads as before, but spending 33% less on ads. I expect the results are actually better than this, as our Google Ads setup before was likely overestimating and over attributing sales. The Compound team has helped us get our analytics and conversion tracking more accurate, so we know the real value of every dollar we spend.

Facebook/ Meta has been more difficult for us to scale the ad budgets while staying profitable, but since working with compound group we've been able to appoximately double our ad spend, while increasing our ROAS by around 12% at the same time. Again I think this underestimates the real improvement in our ad metrics, as before we began we were likely overattributing conversions due to several technical factors in our campaign settings.

Bottom line: We wanted to scale our ad budgets while keeping our acquisition costs / ROAS stable, but we've done much better than that, we've been able to scale our ad spend while increasing our ROAS, and bringing down our acquisition cost!

The communication has been absolutely stellar from start to finish. This is a very professional team and their communication and project managment skills are on par with their technical skills as marketers. Five star rating for this.

We worked with Compound and the cost per signup was driven really low over a short period of time, they have done a great job on that end of constantly A/B testing different things and being very data-driven and quickly re-assigning budget where it makes sense. We've added tens of thousands of emails to our list at a super cheap cost per result.

Compound are always very fast at responding to things or telling us what they require from us and delivering everything on time. They are also super flexible if we need to change course on something (e.g. we mentioned some issues with age-based targeting for fracturing our existing audience and have made amendments within a few hours).
