I’m the CEO of Fast Prep USA, a company that provides e-commerce fulfillment services, handling storage, packing, and shipping of online orders for retailers.

What challenge were you trying to address with CompleteSoft?

Our goal was to modernize and streamline our warehouse operations. We hired CompleteSoft to build a new warehouse management system (WMS).

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

CompleteSoft built a new warehouse system for us from scratch. They automated a lot of the manual work we used to do, added barcode scanning, improved how we pick and process orders, and created useful reports. They also moved all of our old data into the new system and connected it to our order sources. It made our daily operations faster and more accurate. Specific features included: - real-time inventory tracking, - automated receiving and put-away workflows, - barcode scanning, - an improved pick and pack module, - a live operational dashboard, - reporting and analytics tools, - and integrations with our order sources.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When we switched to the new WMS, our inventory accuracy went up, we processed orders faster, and receiving shipments took less time. We also saw fewer errors and spent much less time on manual data entry. Overall, we saw a 60% reduction in manual work and a 25%–30% increase in processing speed.

How did CompleteSoft perform from a project management standpoint?

CompleteSoft’s project management was great. They always answered our questions, kept us updated, and delivered everything on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, email, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team was easy to communicate with, quick to answer, and always ready to clarify things.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we were happy with the work. There wasn’t much I would change.

System performance

What we especially liked was their flexibility. When there was a need to integrate with an additional module, the team, under the careful guidance of the PM, quickly adapted to the changes, which allowed us to complete the project, with new requirements, in a short time.
