Compass Digital was hired to provide a complete rebranding of our nonprofit organization including a comprehensive digital strategy, new logo, website, and social media.  Key deliverables included:

• Develop our brand architecture

We have a brand new logo aligned with our mission and stratgey that is getting great reviews.  

Our new website was built on time with minimal issues post launch.  We have gotten excellent feedback on the new site.

The team was and is fantastic.  We had several people assigned to the project including Greg Haines who is the co-founder and managing partner of the company.  The whole team works together seamlessly. They are effective, efficient and very fast learners about the substance of the organization which they then translated into the website and overall digital strategy.  They respond very quickly to questions and understood exactly what we were trying to achieve.

Compass Digital was able to quickly understand the mission of the organization and translate that into a digital strategy. The assigned project manager is always available and sees you through the entire process, so there is no changing of staff or lack of continuity.

Our original goal when we engaged Compass Digital was to create more qualified hot tub leads.  We started with an up-to-date website and then the start of the digital advertising campaigns.  Compass has an extensive background in the hot tub industry, so the creation of the campaigns is seemless.  On the back end, they track all performance metrics and we meet regularly to go over how we are doing.  

In our meetings, we not only discuss the lead generation, but we discuss how they are closing on our end and what course of actions they can take to generate more qualified leads or what actions we can take to better close the leads we are getting.  This symbiotic relationship is what truly helps us get and close leads, and what makes Compass stand out in a world full of people who claime to be able to help you with your digital marketing.

The initial relationship was a bit bumpy, but as a business owner it can be difficult to see just how many things you were doing wrong that you thought you were doing right.  It took about 3 to 6 months, but we put our faith in Compass, made the necessary recommended changes, and then good things started happening.  From the owner to the account manager, Compass has delivered what we needed to make our digital marketing work for us.  They listened, even when it was difficult, and they delivered what they promised without fail.

What's most impressive is that I can have a transparent relationship with everyone at Compass.  The conversations are real; the problems are discussed openly and professionally; and we come to better and more effective solutions because of it.  That is a rare quality in a company these days.

The only challenge we faced was the time difference, with Compass Digital being on the West Coast and us on the East Coast. Occasionally, it meant a slight delay in responses or scheduling meetings, but overall, they were great at staying flexible and accommodating our needs. With strong communication and planning, we always made it work, and their results more than made up for any minor timing hurdles!
