They do videos for us on a monthly basis for our online optimization. The videos they produce for us talk about our organization and the reasons employees might want to work with us. They work with our creative team to come up with ideas. We plan out each shoot, then they bring in any equipment or resources we need. They produce very efficiently, and the finished product is always very good. Their videos always tell a believable story, and they always exceed our goals and expectations. They also create videos for our clients.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We hear a lot from employees that come in to interview. The videos portray us as a fun, enjoyable place to work, and they help us tell a positive, exciting story. We also get a lot of encouraging feedback from our clients.

The videos they create are helpful and useful, and some have over 100,000 views on YouTube. We produce content for some of our clients on a monthly basis. The videos focus on the potential customers for those products, and they do a really good job of connecting to the target personas.

How did Comfystonefilms perform from a project management standpoint?

They're always helpful and deliver what we need. They deliver on time and make adjustments or edits when we request them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The storytelling and video quality exceed anyone else in their price range. We would expect to pay five to ten times what we're currently paying for videos at this quality.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t have any areas of improvement. They emphasize working with local talent, and keeping that focus as they start to work with bigger clients will help maintain the New Orleans brand they've established.
