The project began as an emergency infrastructure recovery. The client's existing drag-and-drop website was severely corrupted; despite only hosting a few images, the site file size had bloated to nearly 500MB due to background script errors and broken database loops. The technical team completely dismantled the broken platform and executed a clean-code rebuild from scratch. We migrated the entire ecosystem to a high-speed, secure, and custom WordPress architecture engineered specifically for rapid page load speeds and human UI/UX conversion. Rather than just building a traditional website, the infrastructure was programmatically engineered from the ground up to rank across modern search layers, using Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure content nodes are cleanly cited by AI engines, and AI Optimization (AIO) via deep entity schema injection. To capture the regional market and out-navigate corporate competition, we deployed a targeted local visibility framework including deep Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization and citation signaling. Finally, the modular layout was strategically designed to allow Ivy Insights to seamlessly launch future, high-tier B2B corporate service lines (such as hospital auditing frameworks) without requiring a site redesign.
