We needed Salesforce consulting.

What was the scope of their involvement?
The team provides Salesforce support services. They assist with any challenges with training new reps, any downtime that we get on the Salesforce tool, any updates, and any new alterations that we have to make to the tool in order to be suitable for our work scenario.
We’ve assigned them a new project that will start soon.
What is the team composition?
We have eight people working with us, including project managers, sales managers, lead generation people, and business development people.

We were looking for a Salesforce implementation and were looking at web service providers. We found them through a Google search.

We’ve worked with them on this first project from January–August 2020.

Their service has been exemplary. There have been no quality issues. Whatever we ask for was delivered on time and exactly what we wanted. We’re satisfied with their work.

From a project management standpoint, they performed excellently. There weren’t any communication gaps. We have no complaints when it comes to support services.
They’re up to the mark, and we have no complaints about that. They’ve been very prompt in their service and through answering emails. They also quickly make the required changes we ask them to.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Everything came out very nice.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could improve on the communication side a little. That’s mostly to do with the emails that they wrote back. Some of the emails should’ve been more informed.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Whenever I have a need for running my business on a particular project, I’ll always choose them for support services.

I’m the head of business development at the law firm Singhania & Partners, LLP. We’re a 20-year-old company, established in 1999.

What challenge were you trying to address with CODLEO CONSULTING?
We were looking for a practice management software that could house all our client data and every other document we were handling. This would include conversions, disputes, contact details, billing information, and insights on which clients were the most profitable for us.
We’d worked with another company before CODLEO CONSULTING, and it did not work out.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
CODLEO CONSULTING implemented our Salesforce platform as per our requirements. We were happy with their work, so we contracted them to make our HR app after that. It’s used for recruitment management, internal employee data, and risk management appraisals.
We’ve also hired CODLEO CONSULTING to build our new website, Singhania.in. It was developed in PHP. We had some brainstorming sessions, and we gave them some design examples.
What is the team composition?
The Salesforce implementation was led by RS Maan (Global Chief Revenue Officer) and Mohit (Solutions Maker & Project Leader). The website project was led by RS Maan and Vineet (Digital Marketing Consultant). They were supported by other team members.
How did you come to work with CODLEO CONSULTING?
They were introduced to us by Salesforce as the implementation partner to customize the platform as per our requirements.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We had initial calls with them around July 2020, and the contract was signed in August of that year. The site is in beta testing right now. We plan to continue working with CODLEO CONSULTING.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’d experienced a very bad implementation partner earlier. We worked with CODLEO CONSULTING at their office for almost two months, and they never said no to something we wanted to introduce. CODLEO CONSULTING went above and beyond, and they accommodated us every time we made a request.
How did CODLEO CONSULTING perform from a project management standpoint?
We didn’t have any problems with them. They delivered as per our expectations.
It’s been almost two months since we went live with the Salesforce project, and CODLEO CONSULTING is continuing to support us. We’ve given them feedback based on our employees’ experience with the system, and CODLEO CONSULTING never got irritated with us. They have great customer service.
We’re using Microsoft Teams, and we go to their office as and when required. Face-to-face communication is sometimes better than virtual meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re passionate about their work, and they’re not just doing it to earn money. CODLEO CONSULTING aims to bring value to the client. They not only developed the system for us, but they gave us suggestions that helped us save money. We’ve saved around $5,000 because of RS Maan’s suggestions.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We’re happy with them, and we hope they continue to deliver a good service. They have a good team, which I hope will stay with them.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
Clients should be clear with the requirements of what they want. If both parties are on the same page, we’ll work well together.
