I am the owner of a UI/UX firm based in London. We provide our clients with better design and coding for their online systems.

For what projects/services did your company hire Softawe Technology?

Our top priority is that the websites we prepare are coded with up-to-date code structure and are fast.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We liked the portfolio and source codes they presented. It was very important for us that they worked as a team and were accessible.

We quickly wrapped up our first meetings to discuss our goals. In line with our performance expectations, we decided on the animations to be applied on the site. We started using google meet for meetings and Trello for work tracking. We saw the first code implementations in about 3 weeks and this allowed us to get things done faster.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total, we worked with 3 people including a project manager, and two coders during the final phase.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In particular, the overly concerned attitude and constant follow-up of the project manager ensured that our work progressed very easily. They could quickly implement our designs, and the overall look was very fluid and fast.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided us with frequent updates. We had both in-person meetings and phone calls, but most of the feedback was through Trello. Everything was delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What they did was that they had full control, and that they saw and informed beforehand the problems and mistakes that we could not foresee and corrected them, which made our job incredibly easy. We appreciated that they were patient and thoughtful as they kept up with our pace. We have worked with other agencies in the past but this was a particularly collaborative and positive experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'm not sure what I can do to improve. Maybe the project could have been completed faster, but I think we got a very good project in the end.

Our company has made the project from Aksoysoftware.co.uk figma to Next.JS, which is the website project, and the projects of many of our customers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We contacted them according to the criteria searched on job search sites and we have been working for a long time.

Together with our graphic team, we have already completed our project on figma. Then we shared it with the Softawe Technology team. they delivered our project quickly on GitHub.

We were in contact with the project manager, but we had small meetings with the front-end and back-end teams.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our project was very extensive. We changed the interface many times during coding. The front-end team updated it without any problems. They are extremely fast.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I managed the project and it went smoothly. We communicated via WhatsApp and e-mail.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They quickly fix all bugs and problems, no matter how difficult.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They do very fast and quality work. I didn't have any problems.

For what projects/services did your company hire Softawe Technology, and what were your goals?

Our website required a refreshed and updated. Our brand is about the wow factor and we needed to bring this not only quickly to market but also within budget to meet our Brazil launch requirements.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Interaction from the start was detailed, collaborative and supportive. Cost obviously was a factor but the detail of the interaction was utilimately the deciding factor for us.

Develop a new website at short notice but encapsulating the key attirbutes of the Lanistar brand

Two members of the team were involved from Softawe, a designer and developer

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Early to tell on customer interactions but from individual customer interactions and feedback thus far from external sources the response has been extremely positive.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We used Slack and Jira as our main interaction project tools. Plus daily communication between the Lanistar and Softawe technical teams

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had commendable communication, flexibility, and clearly a high level of skill.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
