I am a CEO of Self Learning Solutions company, based on Poland, Warsaw. We are a FinTech company who offer decision engine for Risk Management and scorong models development. We offer our solutions and services all over the world.

How did you select Codeweaver?
We were looking for very aim focused software house. There were three on the table, we choose CodeWeaver and it was excellant choice!

Starting cooperation with CodeW we had to rebuild our whole system architecture to make it scalability. Moreover then added a lot of useful features and whole system is safe, running on the cloud and fully logged and alerted.
What was the team composition?
We used from CodeW: Senior Java Architect, Senior Java Developer, and DevOps.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
With CodeW we lauch our first very big project for Banking sector! Whithout their help we couldn't make it.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We have regular update meetings with them. Sprints are reported via JIRA, all documentations is made on Confluence, and on daily business we contact directly via slack.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I am very pleased that with communication to CodeW it was fully open, they understand our business needs very well and can recommend the best solutions for us! Moreover they were very flexible on adding new coders to the project and adjust resources, ex. between DevOps and coders.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I woudn't change anything.

We prepared a POC of an analytical product and wanted to scale it up as a global solution. Codeweaver recommended cloud environment setup , provided web application design and conducted backend and frontend development.
