I have known CodeShaper since 2023, and in early 2024 I engaged them to develop a custom ERP solution for my OWN Company. From the very beginning, the team was highly dedicated and sincere. Our project went through many changes along the way, which made the timeline a bit longer than expected, but the quality of their work and their commitment never wavered. I was especially impressed by their design sense it was outstanding. Since they are based in the same city as us, I even managed to visit their office in person to discuss the custom development in detail, which gave me even more confidence in their professionalism. Now, in September 2025, I am once again working with CodeShaper on another 3–4 month engagement for the same ERP platform, planning new features to help us capture the market and achieve greater success. Throughout this journey, CodeShaper has been more than just a service provider they have been like a shadow, a partner, and even a friend by our side. We are truly happy with their support and look forward to continuing this collaboration.

The custom ERP system streamlined several of our internal processes. After launch, we saw:

Time savings: Manual tasks such as reporting, invoicing, and stock updates that previously took hours could now be completed in minutes.
Error reduction: Automation significantly reduced data entry mistakes, improving overall accuracy of our records.
Team efficiency: Our staff could collaborate more smoothly with real-time access to data, which boosted overall productivity.
Scalability: The system was built in a way that allowed us to keep adding modules and features as our business grew.
Market readiness: The new features we are currently developing with CodeShaper (as of Sept 2025) are aimed at positioning us competitively in our industry.

While the project timeline stretched a bit due to the large number of changes and new requirements from our side, they always remained transparent about progress and next steps. They consistently delivered milestones with clear communication, and whenever we had urgent needs or unexpected changes, they responded quickly and adjusted without hesitation. Their ability to balance structure with flexibility made the entire process smooth and reassuring.

What impressed me most about CodeShaper was their exceptional design sense combined with a deep commitment to understanding our specific business needs. Unlike many companies, they didn’t just follow instructions they actively engaged with us, offered creative solutions, and treated the project as if it were their own. Their willingness to meet in person, discuss details face-to-face, and support us like a true partner made them stand out as more than just a service provider.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Codeshaper could have done differently?

The only area for improvement would be in managing change requests more proactively. Since we had a lot of modifications during development, the project stretched longer than expected. A clearer change-management process or setting stricter boundaries on scope could have helped keep the timeline tighter. That said, their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our needs was also one of their strengths.
