Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The goal is to develop and maintain a mobile PvP chess app with both web2 and web3 components. This project is coded in Node.js and Express.js on the backend with React.js and React Native on the frontend, and uses sockets to support thousands of concurrent client connections. 

Our smart contracts are written in Solidity, and we plan to deploy on Ethereum or other L2 scaling solutions built on top. We currently use Mongo Atlas as our database but want to switch to Postgres. We also want to add an Android mobile client using React Native. 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Review the codebase and confirm if any major problems exist with the architecture or libraries 
• Replace Mongo Atlas with Postgres DB and develop structures for core data (NFTs, user data) 
• Add web2 (email / password) login capability 
• Develop the Android mobile app with React Native 
• Understand product goals and feature requests and translate them into working software 
• Continually improve code quality, performance and reliability in the product 
• Write unit tests, and troubleshoot to ensure uptime for live system

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have a ticketing system to track our software development and have hundreds of closed tickets completed by III Amigos.

We are running the project management from our side, but the vendor has complied with all our software and time-tracking / reporting requirements.
