Overall, we were very satisfied with the collaboration and outcomes. They should inform Client about technical project methods and clarify that there is a fixed method, which the client should set to the scope of work, and another method, which is agile, and the client could add any feature to whenever he wants. One area that could be improved is providing more detailed documentation alongside deliverables, which would have helped our internal team get up to speed faster. Nevertheless, CodeNinja’s support and responsiveness ensured that any questions were quickly addressed, and the overall workflow remained highly effective.

The chatbot's integration would be in sync with the existing different systems being used by the admin staff.
