A Shopify store with meticulously designed UI/UX reflecting our brand image, a renovated imagery with classic banners, and a complete e-commerce workflow on top of Shopify were the key deliverables of the project.

It all started with multiple brainstorming sessions with the vendors, then crafting a design to depict a meaningful brand and at the end configuration and minute development when required to create a seamless user experience.

We planned to reach an audience for boutique dresses through our digital presence. On a very short notice with its supreme technical efficiency, CodeNinja helped us Go-Live with Shopify in the least of time and enabled us to reach our market and establish an online business.

Mostly, Ahmed, the account manager overseeing our account, was also handling the job of project management. Due to our very short deadlines, we kept communication very active directly through landlines, WhatsApp, and occasionally on emails.

CodeNinja’s technical acumen with Shopify is at par with the best in the region. We are really impressed by their ability to open and run a Shopify store within no time sometimes in a couple of days.

After the requirements of the website and selected theme was finalized, a UX designer from CondeNinja worked with us to finalize the design of the website.

The website development was then handed over to their Magento developer and during this process their team of designers further assisted in polishing design of the website. All of these tasks were overseen by an appointed project manager as well.

A far more robust, attractive and advance e-commerce features laden website was the end result.

E-commerce operations management and tracking was improved, customer complaints became very limited, traffic grew due to the improved UI and capturing of corporate leads also grew.

All the steps of the project were listed in a complete timeline which was followed to great extent. Most of the communication was held through email, WhatsApp and direct calls.

Three people Armed with expertise in business, economics and marketing, practically with no capital but a blazing ambition to market and represent Pakistani artisans around the globe.

The idea of Borrindo craft was initiated from a passionate desire amongst its founders to create a larger canvas than what exist today, for all the beautiful and un-paralleled creativity the artisans of Pakistan have been quietly perfecting for centuries.

It all started when Muhammad Hassaan and his team, while working with a local NGO in Sillanwali, a place 245 kms away from Lahore, discovered the delicate handicrafts, which stood witness to hundreds of years old history of this land.

However, upon exploring the region and the lives of these artisans, Hassan realised that the economic backwardness and inaccessibility of the required infrastructure was gradually killing this beautiful Mughal-era industry. Many youngsters had given up the profession of their ancestors to take up more economically rewarding jobs.

Deeply influenced by issues of the Artisan community, Hassaan quit his job in 2016 and came up with the Idea of ‘Borrindo-The handmade Fashion’. The chatbot's integration would be in sync with the existing different systems being used by the admin staff.

The successful prototype designing of the AI powered Whatsapp chat bot and the web application-based Administration panel enabled the Almarai team to better understand the feasibility of optimizing and managing their driver communication network.
