Please describe your company and your position there.

I am Satish Vegad, partner of this firm. we are AAYAM COMMUNICATION providing media service since 2004 across india and worldwide.

For what projects/services did your company hire CodeMighty, and what were your goals?

We hired CodeMighty to help us to redevelop our outdated website. It was originally developed by another company, but there were some significant issues with the UI/UX. It was difficult to navigate the menus and the features weren’t great. Although users could access the website through their mobile devices but there were significant problems with that.

Since we didn't have in-house developers to invest in a new website, we hired this team to design and develop a WordPress site for us. By doing this, we were hoping to increase our traffic in website substantially by the end of the year.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online and through reference for best website developer and shortlisted some. We chose CodeMighty based on their passion for web development, dedication to the success of their previous clients, project, design skills and cost estimation

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a kick off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered mock-ups and wireframes for our site. After a few iterations, their team designed and developed an informational WordPress site. They updated the content to reflect our company's services and created a landing page with a contact form. Communication between me and CodeMighty was succinct and they understood what the goal was.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were also 2 full stack developers and a designer working behind the scenes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After alunching our newly developed website, we saw significant increase in traffic compre to our previous month. That is due to effective home or landing page and other insider pages. Our client gives posive responses for our new website for it's design.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We connect with them weekly to see the progress of the project and provide our approval for upcoming week's work. Also, we use chat communicator for adhoc approvals. We reviewed design files in In Vision (which is a great tool), and looked at the developed pages on a staging server.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'm really happy with how the website turned out and traffic we received in that. Their knowledge, clear communication, responsiveness were exceptional. After website development they have provided training to our team who never knows about any type of website deveopment. But the way training they have given it was very easy to understand for my team and and my team can make changes to website without any help of CodeMighty.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we first launched, there were some minor bugs on the contact form. We let them know, and they were quick to fix the issue.
