Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We started the project with the requirement of building a mobile application using Flutter.  The team at Codeable did an incredible job researching and implementing creative solutions to create the first MVP.  After that, we identified areas for improvement and created a new mobile design and also a web design.  The development was seamless and Codeable provided excellent responsiveness and customer service throughout the entire project.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had several key project milestones and deadlines that led to the completion of the MVP.  We then would test in a DEV environment, and QA, before pushing final solution to PROD.  Codeable was very responsive to milestone completion by each deadline - often working long hours to accomplish a milestone before deadline. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Codeable delivered items on time. If there was a delay, it was well communicated.  The team is very responsive to inquiries, support requests, and requests to sync to discuss the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

When working with vendors, oftentimes, they mislead you and aren't completely honest about their technical ability, the hours required for a project, or they cut corners/miss deadlines. This wasn't the case at all with Codeable. I was very impressed by their transparency, technical ability, and honesty throughout the entire project. They truly treated our project as if it were their own and delivered excellent work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Codeable could have done differently?

There is an area for opportunity for enhanced project documentation. Sometimes when moving quickly, parts of the project weren't documented thoroughly. However, this wasn't a major hindrance to project completion.

The company was responsible for the complete development of the mobile application as well for the company website. Front-end, Back-end, Application Testing, UI/UX Design, integrating of animations, designs and other features. The project is ongoing. Until now 80% of the project has been completed. The deliveries were always on time.

80% of the project has been completed. Everything is visible and working on existing APKs and other systems.
