The product was LS One which is a retail software solution for both point-of-sale and back office. The solution also serves as a platform where customers can integrate with existing solutions such as SAP, Business Central or any other back-office solution of choice. Key deliverables:

LS One POS: A point of sale application that runs directly on the customer's hardware.
LS One Site Manager: A back office application to manage items, inventory, purchase orders, prices and promotions, users, permissions etc.
LS One Site Service: A web service that synchronizes information between stores/locations.
The API and SDK: An sdk to allow customers to implement their own functionalty to expand and adapt to their needs.

We managed to meet our release milestones more consistently
Our capacity to support our customers was increased
The team was able to add better focus to direct partner support and increase sales and maintenance revenue

The main project management was in the hands of LS One with the members of Code4Nord working directly side-by-side with the LS One team. No distinction was made in regards to the home team and the members of Code4Nord which resulted in very effective co-operation between the two. Code4Nord were always very dedicated to the project, delivered on time and always responded to our needs with genuine interest and care.
