The site was created from scratch by code and core. Having a wealth of content at our disposal was a benefit, but it also occasionally caused problems for the project as our teams had to figure out what kinds of content would be most appropriate for the website. We edited the information to make it more readable for our target audience in light of this, with assistance from the Code and core team.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our audience has embraced the website just as much as our staff has. Actually, there has been a 20% increase in the quantity of clicks, views, and visits to the website. That's what we've always desired, and as we add more content to the website, it gets even better. All in all, we are rather happy and satisfied with these outcomes. We have chosen to keep using Urban Insight's services because of this.

We are mobile and web application development company that provide services to small businesses in health and wellness, and executive coaching.

For what projects/services did your company hire Code and Core Tech LLP, and what were your goals?

We hired Code and Core to assist in various projects including but not limited to, a Health Age Assessment web application, CRM integration, custom Wordpress subscription management module and website redevelopment.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

First we assessed the teams' prior work and then scheduled a meeting to see if they were a good fit. It was a pleasure speaking with the Director as he was able to answer our questions satisfactorily.

Health Age Assessment Web App - develop a web application that will calculate an individual's "health age" based on lifestyle practices. The application was to be mobile-friendly. It included an assessment and a dashboard that presented various health metrics according to the assessment. The application also included an admin panel for user support and reporting. Technology was based on a LAMP stack.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with two team members directly. The Director and Lead Developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our clients have been very satisfied with the results. The health age app increase user leads by approximately 25%. Other projects saw an increase traffic of about 30%.

Different tools were used to demonstrate the progress of the project at various stages. Communication has been good and timelines have been realistic, with projects kept within budget.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Having worked with many developers from Asia for close to two decades, we found the Director's ability to understand the scope and make meaningful recommendations to help improve the end products, very refreshing. It was really a load off our backs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There's always room for improvement and we continually work with their team to improve the quality of work. It's a pleasure to see a team that takes responsibility for mistakes and respond quickly in solving issues. But it's even better to be working with a team that continues to challenge themselves in delivering quality work all the time.
