Key deliverables included implementing core user flows and site pages, developing custom platform functionality and backend logic, integrating third party services and APIs, setting up admin and content management workflows, improving performance reliability and security, and providing ongoing updates bug fixes and enhancements as requirements evolved.

Working with Code Cobalt on my real estate website was a great experience. They designed a modern, user-friendly site based on our conversations and handled all of the technical integrations, including two MLS databases, Follow Up Boss CRM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more.

Because SEO was a major priority for us, they helped guide the IDX selection and optimized everything from the property listings to the neighborhood landing pages, blog, and contractor referral database. They also implemented an AI-based chatbox that now manages our initial customer interactions, which has been a really valuable addition.

The final result is clean, polished, and stands out from other real estate websites I’ve seen. I highly recommend Code Cobalt and look forward to working with them again on future projects.

This included building a guided question-and-answer workflow, a dynamic document-generation engine, document preview functionality, multiple license and pricing configurations, a secure Stripe payment integration, digital document delivery, and user account management with document storage and order history.
