Code B Solutions  is helping us design and build an application from scratch. It's been a collaborative process between their team and ours to reach the final product. Regarding functionalities, the app allows all of our leaders to progress through a program we have for them; they get an invite to the application, register for their own events through the app, and run through a series of questionnaires and surveys to review their leadership journey. They've also built two additional backend systems that enable us to manage the app's frontend and report data. In addition, they provide helpful reporting, follow-up service calls, bug fixing, and continue adding additional features to the apps.

We’ve had about 4,700 leaders completing their program and around 6,320 leaders using the application and its working efficiently so far.

They’ve been a great team to work with because they deliver on time, if not earlier. They’re also in constant communication with us, responsive, and go above and beyond to ensure everything’s going well.

Their team is excellent in attention to detail and customer service, they want to ensure that they’re doing everything in the best way possible. They also focus on making the actionable items on our board proper to serve our needs adequately.

Earlier in the project, we had some delays during a period. Nonetheless, our project manager stepped in a did a lot of the pending work for us, and I couldn’t be happier with them.

Code-B is an end-to-end software agency. Given the unique framework of our website, it was fairly difficult to find an agency that specializes in this. Our goal was making a slew of technical edits on the website to maximize our organic growth and also building some fairly complex tools from scratch.
