Well we started from the meetings and plans negotiation for our industry and specifications. After we highlighted all the important indexes to report the process stepped to the stage of drafts and system architecture. The dashboards designs were ready and the process of development started. Finally we were studying the system work and how to create customized dashboards on its base.

There were 4 persons for the project, CEO from the beginning and during the order, PM and 2 developers.

The company got the corporate reporting at the board level, so that each head and managers see their numbers in dashboards. As the largest media group you can understand how important it was for us and our financial analysis. Power BI dashboards showed losses and together with key business indicators we see the profits for various divisions.

Our cooperation was fruitful in a professional way. The meetings took place in time and the specialists worked fast to make the project.

We made the first negotiations for the order and digital marketing channels we want to track. For the analytics of profits and losses, and daily reports we prepared all the valuable indexes to track and treat. After the technical tasks were ready we got drafts of the system and dashboards themselves. We provided all the information about our bookkeeping programs to get the data and connect with BI analytics. The company wrote our order during two months and implemented the end-to-end traffic analytics, report for sales and all our daily reports.

The CEO worked with us during the whole process plus 3 programmers and project manager from the vendor.

The end-to-end traffic analytics found a marketing channel with a 450% ROMI efficiency. Normal figure for ROMI 70-150%. Plus we found $3,500 wasted by a targetologist - without a link to the target site. The system also highlighted the wasted $ 16,000 of advertising costs on YouTube without tags and the possibility of analysis.

The work with the vendor was professional, up to timing and really clear. We liked it immensely, so that we can recommend this team for the significant tasks as they are positioning on their website.
