The solution included inventory and stock management, sales and order processing, product management, customer and supplier records, user access controls, and advanced AI-powered reporting and analytics. The AI reporting features help us analyze business performance, identify trends, and gain useful insights for better decision-making. They also handled implementation, testing, staff training, and ongoing technical support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After implementing the system, we significantly reduced manual work in inventory, order processing, and reporting. Stock and sales information became easier to track, and management reports that previously required manual preparation can now be generated much faster. The advanced AI reporting also helps us identify trends and understand business performance more clearly, allowing management to make quicker, data-driven decisions.
