For the web development portion of our engagement, we've successfully integrated the Clover web dev resources into our internal project management flow, making our PM responsible for the management of their team members. This has been successful.

Clover Dynamics provided a project manager to work on our ongoing UI/UX engagement. The PM has been diligent an accountable and has helped us deliver on time, on budget, and at quality.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Everyone I meet from Clover has a positive attitude and is highly professional in their domains. They adjust plans when needed and are responsive to course-correct when issues arise. As a startup, we occasionally need to change direction or pause/restart work as needs change. Clover has been accommodating and very reasonable to work with as we continue through our growth stage.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Clover Dynamics could have done differently?

Their availability to support our UI/UX needs was spotty until recently. Adding horsepower to this aspect of their service offering could be beneficial.

Syte hired Clover to develop a Chrome Extension which allows Syte's Salespeople to demonstrate Syte's products on the lead's websites.

The goal of this tool is to the sales and biz dev teams' time while helping them to close more sales for Syte's revenue. We wanted to develop this tool for Google Chrome, and build it on React.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select Clover Dynamics and what were the deciding factors?

Clover had experience developing Chrome extensions, and specifically with React. The communication with Clover was by far better and more professional than other companies, they understood the scope and were able to provide realistic estimations of time, and challenges ahead. Their code looked organized and something that our team can later maintain.

The sales team managed to create product demonstrations in less than 1 minute, and increase its sales pipeline. The product exceeded the UX expectations and allowed a good usage flow.

Communication was managed according to our platforms: Slack, Jira, eMail. Timelines and task management were communicated in Jira.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very fast development and very responsive to messages- same day and delivery of new feature or bug fix within hours to a day max. They were able to kick off within a short turnaround.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We can always improve, but it's tough to point out what exactly. This project had many unknowns. Spending more time on QA on their side could potentially save us more time. At a later stage, we started to operate as such though.

I worked with them on a previous project.

For every Syte customer that uses the Syte UI, we adapt the out of the box design for to the customer's brand (font styling, color, etc..). Our designers create Figma files that show how the final branding will look like.

The figma file didn't use components and therefore, many mistakes were made because the same style is needed in many parts of the product. Clover's designers use components that prevent mistakes, shorten the time we need to work on a customer and also show the customer in real time (even during the call) what they are going to get.

What was the team composition?

From the Clover side: A project manager and 2 UX designers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received the first file after a few days (I wanted to see progress) and we already fine tuned our requirements. Clover adapted immediately and sent another version within 3 days. We had another call where we gave another feedback and we're about to finalize the project.

Very effective. Responsiveness was over the top (about 1 hour for a response), availability and schedule were also great. Couldn't have had a better experience.

Challenge
To add the tool to the particular website the design should be customized and integrated for each separately. As the structure of each website is different, designers and developers should adjust the tool, and add additional buttons or text so that the tool can work with previous designs and structures.
Solution
Our team of designers created a multi-user Figma template that can be easily customized in a few steps. 
Having the design customized our engineers implement the tool to the particular retailer platform having specific requirements from the client e.g. adding a carousel, text search, search by image, or with filters. Each platform has a separate list of all data - Feed and its own database. The pictures are indexed, the neural network classifies them and then the search results are shown to users.

All data is deployed on private cloud servers, all passwords will be stored there for reliable data protection. The user must be able to add company and personal passwords.
A tool to protect and store passwords in one place. The extension should remember user passwords and help to automatically fill in the data on the required page or website.
SOLUTION
To access the API, the extension needs to get the user's API key. The extension is multilingual. By default, the extension should include the language that is installed in the browser.
