We created a Browser Extension tool that connects to the Syte.ai backend and AI algorithm. During the time and company growth, it becomes more and more difficult to maintain financial transactions and reports in Excel. Our client decided to automate financial reporting and develop forecasting based on existing data and information from CRM.
SOLUTION
We developed a financial web platform that helps our client automate their financial processes.
First of all, we implemented integration between the existing CRM and the new Financial platform. It allowed us to minimize human input into the financial system.
For instance, every time when a new client is added to the CRM, a new account for this client is automatically created in the financial system. It means that the accountant can immediately track any financial transactions for this client.

Our client needed an end-to-end encrypted messaging app that features not only text messages but file sharing, voice messages, including group calls. The solution should support blocking some preinstalled apps like Browser and others.
The app should have an Android enterprise solution that allows sending users over the air package, which will take over their phone and install the correct software.
SOLUTION
We installed VMware Workspace ONE, an intelligence-driven digital workspace platform that supports blocking some preinstalled apps like Browser and others and distributes a new version of the App.
We changed the Android WebRTC solution to support end-to-end encryption for audio call functionality.
Besides this, we developed a high-level security Android application and a well scalable backend solution to ensure secure and reliable communication between users.

Our client conducted all the processes of the book business manually. It took a lot of time and human resources. To reduce time and increase efficiency, the client decided to automate the process of adding books to the database.
SOLUTION
We developed a mobile app for scanning barcodes for automatic storage of books in the clover inventory.
We implemented a scanner that recognizes barcodes that allow employees to automatically add the information of the book to storage.
Also, we integrated the process of scanning with the Clover Inventory system that helps to manage the flow of merchandise you keep in stock.
To find all the information about the book faster after scanning the barcode, we have connected a large library - Expo for search and recognition.
Then we extracted available ISBN codes from the Clover Inventory data so that the application could not add duplicates of the books after scanning.

Decrease driving time for paramedics in their route to patients.
All of us know that you have to give a priority route to an ambulance on the road.
Still, more and more we face with such traffic situation that it’s simply impossible, especially in cities with heavy traffic. That why our client decided to make a solution that could help not only create the most optimal route for the ambulance, moreover make as free as it’s possible.
SOLUTION
Application calculates the fastest route by distance, patient location, date, time and weather conditions.

Passwork is the place for remote work with passwords. Users can store all of the company passwords in protected vaults, collaborate with teammates, manage user rights, track all changes, monitor security, and use one-click log-in.
CHALLANGE
Web extension that manages and stores passwords.
All data is deployed on private cloud servers, all passwords will be stored there for reliable data protection. The user must be able to add company and personal passwords.
A tool to protect and store passwords in one place. The extension should remember user passwords and help to automatically fill in the data on the required page or website.
SOLUTION
To access the API, the extension needs to get the user's API key. The extension is multilingual. By default, the extension should include the language that is installed in the browser.
Besides this, we used an encrypted library to transfer data to the server in order to protect the data from hacking. In the extension, a password can be set for additional data protection.

Syte hired Clover to develop a Chrome Extension which allows Syte's Salespeople to demonstrate Syte's products on the lead's websites.
The goal of this tool is to the sales and biz dev teams' time while helping them to close more sales for Syte's revenue. We wanted to develop this tool for Google Chrome, and build it on React.

Clover had experience developing Chrome extensions, and specifically with React. The communication with Clover was by far better and more professional than other companies, they understood the scope and were able to provide realistic estimations of time, and challenges ahead. Their code looked organized and something that our team can later maintain.

Very fast development and very responsive to messages- same day and delivery of new feature or bug fix within hours to a day max. They were able to kick off within a short turnaround.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We can always improve, but it's tough to point out what exactly. This project had many unknowns. Spending more time on QA on their side could potentially save us more time. At a later stage, we started to operate as such though.

For every Syte customer that uses the Syte UI, we adapt the out of the box design for to the customer's brand (font styling, color, etc..). Our designers create Figma files that show how the final branding will look like.
The figma file didn't use components and therefore, many mistakes were made because the same style is needed in many parts of the product. Clover's designers use components that prevent mistakes, shorten the time we need to work on a customer and also show the customer in real time (even during the call) what they are going to get.
What was the team composition?
From the Clover side: A project manager and 2 UX designers.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We received the first file after a few days (I wanted to see progress) and we already fine tuned our requirements. Clover adapted immediately and sent another version within 3 days. We had another call where we gave another feedback and we're about to finalize the project.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very effective. Responsiveness was over the top (about 1 hour for a response), availability and schedule were also great. Couldn't have had a better experience.

The first step was to convert the excel spreadsheet we developed into a web based working model. Next came building a beta website used for testing and product demos. The technologies were multi-layered and protected.

Three professionals were dedicated to the project from start to finish. Various others were brought in to execute portions that were aligned with their individual specialties.
